Check-in is smooth and quick, often handled by friendly security and receiving staff. Unloading is exceptionally fast, sometimes taking less than ten minutes once it begins. Drivers appreciate the clean restroom and the comfortable lounge, which offers free water, coffee, and vending machines. While there is no overnight parking on-site and limited staging space inside for early arrivals, the overall experience is positive. Many drivers note it as one of the better places they have been to, with efficient, friendly service from check-in to unloading.

Always fast and friendly. You can be 1/2 an hour early.

Pull up to the gate where a friendly security takes your information and gets you a dock right away.
Go to dock number 1 for check in with a friendly lady.
Then get unloaded by a friendly forklift guy.
Quick and friendly.
I wish every delivery was like this.
