Aja was kind, patient and professionally engaging in answering all my questions and concerns surrounding storage unit sizes, on site locations and difference in pricing. The whole experience was very rewarding, yes I secured a storage unit and at a price I feel good about with a property location that keeps it easy and simple in getting in and out. But more importantly, I left feeling the warmth and value of just being accepted into a new family and making a new friend. “I was just a visitor, I'm not the renters. I attended a friend to retrieve something from her unit. The large front security gate needing a pin to open gave us just enough time for both vehicles to get threw. The drive area was clean and free of debris or trash. The unit was a "med" sized unit. Free of water stains or evidence of any other weather issues.Seemed safe and secure”

From the guard shack to the check in office to the loaders, very professional and polite. 1600 appt checked in 1530. Received door, 30 mins later loaded me in 30 minutes. Excellent service!!”
