A lot of the paperwork was already completed online, which made the check-in process quick and easy. When I arrived, they only needed my driver’s license, proof of insurance, and registration to finish everything up.
The facility itself is very clean, organized, and well maintained, which gave me a lot of confidence that my trailer will be in good hands.
What really stood out was John’s customer service. My phone was about to die while we were finishing the paperwork, and without hesitation he offered me his charger so we could complete everything. It was a small gesture that showed he genuinely cared about helping his customers.

I finally moved all of my belongings out of my storage unit after 61/2 years, and l honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. This was the best storagefacility I've ever used!
The units are truly airtight and well maintained. After 6 1/2 years, I was amazed that when I took everything out, you couldn't even tell that my belongings had been stored for that long. Everything was in great condition!
I also want to give a special shout-out to Juan. He was absolutely amazing to do business with-friendly, helpful, professional, and always a pleasure to work with. Customer service like his makes such a difference.
