They explain the work done and recommended improvements well. They are able to help customers right away and complete work the same day as the appointment, even if it sometimes takes a little longer. The location is suggested for those with base access.
Air machine blew the stem off my tire and Thank God Firestone was across the street! The Store Attendant helped me change the tire and provided options for buying a new set (odd sized tire gotta get the okay from my husband. I will be back! Thanks Firestone!
