Firestone Complete Auto Care provides timely service and great customer service. The employees are knowledgeable, nice, and accommodating. They explain the work done and recommended improvements well. They are able to help customers right away and complete work the same day as the appointment, even if it sometimes takes a little longer. The location is suggested for those with base access.
Appointment time was honored and out in 2 1/2 hours with new ties and an oil change.

Whoever works the front desk is consistently rude and extremely condescending to customers. In addition, the service we needed wasn’t completed after our car was there for 8 hours.
