The details: Having recently moved to the North Bay, when my mechanic diagnosed a failed Data Communications Module (DCM) on my 2019 Outback, he referred me to a Service Bulletin put out by Subaru regarding this issue. I made an appointment with Subaru of Fairfield and their team were complete pros: David, the Service Advisor, took in my car and kindly provided me with a loner; Ron, the Service Manager, confirmed my mechanic's diagnosis and had a new DCM sent overnight from another Subaru dealership in the Western US. Subaru Fairfield installed a new DCM and Subaru battery the next day (pictured).
The dealership is top notch - beautiful showroom, first-rate parts department, and comfortable lounge. I highly recommend Fairfield Subaru!”

They took me as a walk-in for an oil change, and I was in and out in about an hour. In addition to this, they offered us drinks and snacks while we waited and did a free (and extremely comprehensive) safety inspection. I'm a converted customer for life!”

“Great service. I was preparing to depart Vacaville for Seattle in my Honda when my car abruptly failed to start. I was recommended to this auto shop, so I had my car towed there on Thursday evening. Despite a lengthy queue, they identified the issue just before they closed and before the weekend. Now I can return home with minimal disruption to my routine. “Oh my goodness I've never loved having my Audi repaired until I was referred by a friend to Motoring Specialists!! First, they diagnosed perfectly. Then they came and picked me up first class in a BMW to drive me to their place to pick up a free loaner car. They kept me updated throughout. When my car was all repaired, they washed it and left a thoughtful GIFT in my cupholder! What?! Their price was reasonable and their service was TEN STAR!! Kaylee, at the front desk was so happy and cheerful and smart - just the best. And it's truly a FAMILY business. I couldn't be happier and OH - the oil change was to perfection as well. “Went to get an oil change today as I am new to Vacaville, was going to go to Quick lame but it was closed. So, drove down the street and was greeted as soon as I pulled in by a nice young man named “Joey” he was very informative and offered besides “oil change” if I needed them to check anything out or tire rotation or if I needed my filters checked. It was a very good interaction. After I was checked in they offered for me to pull through and wait in my vehicle or to head inside and enjoy the nice air conditioned waiting room. It’s small but very clean, water, coffee, magazines, and TV are offered as well as an all gender restroom. The service was quick and when it was done I paid then they brought me out the the vehicle to show me a few things they thought I should know. “Findings”
