“Joe and David are great and always greet you with a smile, they bust their butts managing a lot between just the two of them for a pretty good sized post office. They've got all of the priority boxes there to grab if you need, and all of the standard forms are available in the outer area that is open 24/7. Inside the doors during business hours, they have stamps, decorative packaging for purchase and more. Always appreciate them and what they do.”

“Sending packages can sometimes be stressful, but this Post Office made the entire process smooth and easy. The team helped me select the right mailing service for my needs and ensured that I understood all of the steps involved. I especially appreciated their attention to detail, from proper packaging advice to fast service. The value for what you pay here is outstanding, and the turnaround time was impressive. I will definitely continue using their services for all of my shipping needs!”

“Despite the long lines, this is a decent postal service office. All their shipping supplies are readily available, and if something goes wrong, the front desk attendant will guide you in the right path.”

“I am revising my previous post from a few years ago that pointed out an employee there that never should've been hired due to her terrible attitude and demeanor. I understand the rigors and demands of the job but she seemed to actually hate her profession.
I'm happy to update my negative review after mailing several packages from this location today, 2 weeks before Christmas.
The new employee, Michael, was extremely friendly and professional. As busy as they are this time of season he still had a great outlook, sense of humor and professionalism. I commend him for his personal attention and great outlook with the difficult job he has day to day, he certainly knows how to treat and respect his customers.
Thank you Michael, God bless you!”

“I needed a walk in passport application submitted. If you do too, here's the scoop.
This facility does NOT do passport photos. There's a Walgreens nearby that opens an hour and a half before this post office. Go get your passport photos done as soon as they open or the day before.
Get to this location BY 8 AM. I know, you'll have to wait a while before they open, but that's on you for waiting this long to get your passport.
Do your waiting, you'll likely be first in line. Don't lose that spot. They only do 2 walk ins in the mornings (on fridays). Check their website.
Once you're in, they'll call you up, have all of your documents ready to go. Do your research beforehand and have payment ready for the U.S. department of state.
If you do your part, you'll be in and out in 5 minutes. The woman that helped me today was very sweet and helpful, and seemed happy to be doing her job. I happened to be very stressed out and she made it feel like a breeze.
Thanks to whoever that woman was.
This place has bad reviews, but from my experience, it went great. Wish they did the photos though. Good luck!”

“In a world that often forgets the silent champions, I want to pause and recognize one: Shante, our incredible mail carrier from Fairfield USPS.

Day after day, rain or shine, heatwave or cold front — you show up. You show up not just as a postal worker, but as a protector of trust, a consistent thread in the fabric of our community. You face challenges most people wouldn’t guess: loose dogs, disrespectful strangers, even stalkers — yet you move with grace, strength, and purpose.

While others might let these obstacles weigh them down, you rise above them. You don’t just deliver mail — you deliver peace of mind, consistency, and a reminder that there are still people who care deeply about doing things the right way.

I want to say thank you — not just for what you do, but for how you do it. With dignity. With diligence. With a sense of service that uplifts everyone around you.

You’re more than a mail carrier, Shante.
You’re a pillar.
You’re a protector.
You’re a blessing.

Fairfield is lucky to have you, and I’m grateful every day for your presence in our neighborhood. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed — it’s deeply respected, and deeply appreciated.

With heartfelt thanks,
Orchard Dr.”
