This particular USPS location offers walk-in passport services and is generally quite busy, with customers often waiting in line, especially to purchase stamps. While the cashiers can sometimes be curt, they are generally efficient and fast, and the presence of a post machine is appreciated when the post office is closed. Customers have had positive experiences with the helpful and friendly staff, such as the young lady named Ebony who assisted one customer with fingerprinting and money orders. Another customer appreciated the professionalism of an "in-charge" employee who retrieved a letter from the postman and handed it over.
