Horrible customer service, horrible policies, overall worst place to store your money. Bunch of hidden fees. Bunch of scam artist work here wouldn’t recommend it. Sorry Carl I don’t like you.

if I could I've negative stars this banking center would make it. perhaps some of the worst customer service. trying to get an account updated with new trust info. go in, they can't do it, have to make an appt. fine, no problem. the guy calls me twice, leaves two messages, but when you call back they NEVER pick up the phone, and no way to leave a message. you call their regular number, again, no-one EVER picks up the phone! EVEN THOUGH THERE ARE STAFF SITTING AT THE BACK! how the hell can you make an appointment as the online system doesn't work most of the time. I had to drive 30mins to the branch to just go and speak to them as picking up the phone is an activity this branch has not been trained in! LAZY! LAZY! LAZY!

I never leave reviews but here I am thanks to Mara, the teller who I have unfortunately had to work with in 2 instances, both in which she was VERY rude. I can understand your life might be miserable but treating people who need help like they are an inconvenience is very unprofessional. If you need help here, make sure you don't go to Mara.

I have been a customer of this Bank for over 20 years. In the past few days I have called the Bank numerous times with no answer. There is a recording that "everyone is busy". Really?

I have banked with B of A for over 20 years, but honestly I have been wanting to move away from them due to poor customer service, predatory practices, and unethical fees. But this was the final straw. I went in to this location a couple of weeks ago to see a teller. I had a mask on, but they had a small basket of the disposable ones on the counter. I grabbed 2 because I am out of "back up" masks in my car, and I like to have them for friends and family who forgot theirs. The teller woman stared at me while I grabbed them, and then rudely said "those are for people who forgot them!" I stared at her and put them in my pocket. It was real stand off.She said it again and I said "I can't believe you would even say this to a customer?!" She held her ground. What followed was the most awkward banking session I have ever had.

I have to go in the bank once a week for work to get a cashiers check. It's an annoying and time consuming task and I know it's a bit of a hassle for the tellers. Thankfully, Bobbi is always very helpful, knowledgeable and makes small talk and doesn't make me feel bad that my transaction takes longer than most. I've had a couple of subpar experiences with other tellers at the bank in the past (I haven't seen any of them here recently!), but Bobbi has always been wonderful! I really appreciate how helpful she has been, so much so, that I actually closed my accounts at a local bank and opened accounts at B of A (something I never thought I would do) primarily because of her amazing service. Could not be happier with the level of service I have received at B of A in Truckee and from Bobbi!

I've been banking with BofA for several years. I had to open a trust account to deposit a large check from a property sale. Opening the account was easy and the customer service during opening the account went smooth. It was later that same day I arrived at BofA at 4:15 on Wednesday and they were closed at 4:00 P.M., who closes at 4:00 these days!!!! Anyway, I deposited the check using the ATM. I went back to the BofA today to ensure the deposit went into the appropriate account and guess what, it was deposited into my personal checking. The teller (middle aged with blue hair) was very rude and it took me 3 tries to explain. She then went on to wrongly transfer a large amount from my personal checking to the new account. I checked my balance and there was NO record of a large 6 figure amount that I deposited the night prior. I spent an hour + on the phone with someone in New York, because the local branch would not pick up the phone. So all this and the check now won't clear because of the mess my trusted local branch has created! I'm closing my accounts and heading to a local bank who will be more receptive to banking with a long time Truckee resident with a big account balance.

Fantastic service !I called with a problem and got the recording so i didn't even leave a message. Sara called me back just from my caller ID. That is above and beyond service. And she was able to answer my question and take care of my problem right there. Thanks B of A !

Walked in BofA 10mn before close and Sarah was very flexible to help me with a wire, including involving her manager etc., and she kept helping me way past closing time without a hint of impatience.

Limited hours make it hard for someone who works 8am -5pm to get in and get help when needed. Probably need to find a new bank.

The worst experiance!I came to do money transfer.Older lady who worked there was really rude as always when i came there. And the other one said that she can't do that because they don't have time for me, and older one said to go in the other bank, or to sceduale appoitmant.But since im using this bank for money transfer i never needed appoitmant.Going to this bank will just bring you loosing your time.Can i give 0 stars for good service and 5 stars for their BAD COSTUMER SERVICE?Unbelievable!

I have been a Bank of America customer for 7 years and today was the final straw changing to Chase. I wanted to send money to my parents in South Africa and the old lady offering service made me feel worthless and unwanted. There have been numerous complaints about her (you can see in other reviews). She is the symptom of a cancerous organization that doesn’t value its customers.
