“We discovered our hot tub was not heating; I called and spoke with James in service. He did some trouble shooting with me on the phone but to no avail. We set up a service request, but he told me it could take several weeks but he would try to move it up due to the urgency with freezing temperatures. I received a call shortly after and said they had a tech in our area who could stop by after all of his scheduled calls today. Ethan showed up that afternoon and was AMAZING. He was knowledgeable, polite, efficient & passionate about doing a good job. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it & had everything in tip top condition when he left. It is so incredibly rare today to get such outstanding service, especially on the first attempt! I would highly recommend Ethan and also James for understanding the urgency and getting this repair made so quickly. It could have been a totally different outcome without these two excellent employees.”
