I had a heck of a time trying to ship 5 large boxes to Canada on my own - after 20 days of being held up in Customs in Vancouver and then RETURNED to me, I reached out to the Office Boss to see if anyone could help me. Carrie from the location by the airport responded to my email quickly and offered to help if I brought them in. When I arrived at the Office Boss, an employee saw me struggling with the boxes and came out right away to carry them all in (weighing more than 150 pounds combined). Carrie was just as wonderful in person as over email, and she patiently walked me through the steps in her system to get everything properly coded and labeled. It was a long process, but she worked quickly and efficiently, and I just got word from Fedex today that the packages all made it to their destination as promised. I highly recommend the Office Boss by the airport and especially Carrie!”

“Lucky us. There are now two locations. I like the one next to Safeway because it's bigger and has more stuff. And oh how I love looking at stuff! They have everything you may need for your printer like paper or ink, but they also have a ton of too cold to go outside crafts to do on your own or with kids. The staff is friendly. There's a nice selection of cards, colored pencils, markers, and crafting paper, and paint. It's always a good sign when people have been there forever because it must mean there's something good about working there. I've never had them screw up on a package or had anything stolen. Everyone is always friendly, which is the Truckee way. But still!! This is also a great spot for gifts.”
