I had a heck of a time trying to ship 5 large boxes to Canada on my own - after 20 days of being held up in Customs in Vancouver and then RETURNED to me, I reached out to the Office Boss to see if anyone could help me. Carrie from the location by the airport responded to my email quickly and offered to help if I brought them in. When I arrived at the Office Boss, an employee saw me struggling with the boxes and came out right away to carry them all in (weighing more than 150 pounds combined). Carrie was just as wonderful in person as over email, and she patiently walked me through the steps in her system to get everything properly coded and labeled. It was a long process, but she worked quickly and efficiently, and I just got word from Fedex today that the packages all made it to their destination as promised. I highly recommend the Office Boss by the airport and especially Carrie!”

“Though I had trouble getting a hold of this branch over the phone, they explained in person issues they are having and that they have a plan and are working on it.I did not deal with management or a supervisor, I dealt with a front desk clerk. They get four stars because I witnessed this clerk at the front be consistently kind and helpful even when dealing with aggravated customers. Kind and patient customer service go a long way.I do hope they can overcome the real challenges that others are reporting though so that people can see what a wonderful team they have here.”
