“I had been searching for rolls of stamps and visited four post offices in San Francisco, only to learn that none of them had any. At each location, I was told they were on order. I then left on vacation to Lake Tahoe. As I was passing through Tahoe Vista, I noticed the local post office and decided to stop in. What a wonderful surprise! The post office is in a charming, rustic building that perfectly fits the area.

Inside, I found the facility to be neat, clean, and welcoming. Ricardo and Kati greeted me immediately with friendly smiles. They were both personable, professional, and genuinely pleasant to talk with. To my delight, Ricardo told me they had rolls of stamps in stock, and my purchase was completed quickly and efficiently.

We continued our conversation for a few minutes, and when I was ready to leave, both Kati and Ricardo thanked me for my business. Their outstanding customer service and warm hospitality made this one of the most enjoyable experiences I've ever had at a post office.
