“Recently visited their location and was incredibly pleased. Not because of the product selection, but the attention and guidance from the staff. I tend to over analyze and they made the process super easy and I received nothing but compliments from friends and family on the finishes I decided to purchase through Forma!”

“Ordered a grill in Glendale to be delivered assembled, but got it in a box. Xavier from this Home Depot was very professional and very kind, arranged for my grill to be picked up, got it assembled, and returned it to me. And all of this was done by one phone call, he followed after that. Amazing customer service and support by him. Thank you Xavier”

“I do recommend Home Depot but their return service need to be reviewed. The last two times I retuned an item in the late evening there were two return stations open. Both stations had multiple item returns and the line was getting longer. But there were three or four employees further back that seemed to be conversing and enjoying themselves rather than opening up a new station. Management needs to retrain these employees.”

“TJ, one of the sales associates, made finding everything a dream. He took the time to explain pros and cons of different options for all the tools we needed, and helped us find the best one for what we needed. He was very knowledgeable, attentive, and affable. We felt taken care of and remarked to each other how lucky we were to have someone so kind go out of their way to help us. Thank you TJ!”

“I recently visited Contractors Warehouse, and I had a fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly team who made me feel right at home. Everyone was incredibly pleasant, knowledgeable, and more than willing to help with any questions I had. Whether it was finding the right materials or offering expert advice, their professionalism truly stood out. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. “I love my family at Burbank Home Depot 6654 !!! They provided safe, covered parking for all of us who ride motorcycles or bicycles !!!! Thank you, Chuck (our fearless Store mgr), Crystal (Ops. Mgr) and leadership ; ) A Big Shout Out Thank You to Andrew, from our tool rental, for making the whole set up ... from concrete bars, shade, concrete block signs and sweeping to make it ready for all of us, 2 - wheel riders ; ) !!!! There's 7 riders in our store and muliple bicycle riders. We appreciate this very much. 2 wheel riders know about: getting hit by cars, nails in our tire, rain (not that it rains much, but, when it does) in our air exhausts and the most dreaded .... getting it stolen. All this could still happen, but, its less likely. ; Not only do I work here, but, I also shop here and I appreciate the customer service and in stock items!!! Its my go to Home Depot ; ) !!!!”
