I had the most excellent customer service experience with someone that fixed a problem, found a solution and took care of business making me a number one home depot fan, thank you, Chaz Gov from The Home Depot Burbank store... If there were six stars , I would give him six , give this man a raise!

Home Depot is essentially the default home improvement store in many communities. Mainly because there are no others around. There are fewer Lowe's, True Value, Tractor Supply stores. Home Depot has cornered the market so to speak. But they almost always have what I came in for.
