“Fel has been smogging my cars for 3 decades. It's been some years now since I've needed a smog as my car just hit time to smog. I hate making appointments anywhere so I was heavily dreading going out and doing it but I'm a month late and it's Friday afternoon and I need to stop procrastinating!! Lol. Ok so I gave him a call even though I knew in the past you could just pull up and be done. He said come on down right now. Pulled in, he took my info, we waited in the waiting area for a few minutes and that was it. $40 flat. You can't beat that. Shoot, it's been about the same price for 30 years! Maybe cheaper. I can't even get my oil changed that fast or as cheap. Anyway, I won't go anywhere else. I know Fel is the owner but I gave him a nice tip and would encourage others to do the same. You'll save so much money that you can afford to. Thanks again Fel!”

“Big shout out to Daniel Ripple and Ben over at Tiesiera Ford! I’ve leased / purchased vehicles from dealerships before and Daniel and Ben (good, cool peoples) made this whole new vehicle buying (financing) experience go extremely smooth and had me totally at ease. Their dealership felt like a local Mom & Pop type shop, not like one of those humongous, intimidating dealerships where everyone is coming at you.
I had a very particular 2024 Maverick XLT Hybrid, color & trim options I wanted and there were only 2 in the US (I’m not interested in the ’25 models). One was at a local dealership (10-minute drive) and the other, I found out, was at Tiesiera Ford. Long story short-- Daniel truly went above and beyond with his help in getting me this exact pickup, with the best Financing option available. I flew in from FL for this Maverick (crazy, I know) after my local Ford dealer played too many games to count with me & my potential purchase. I flew into Fresno, stayed at a motel the next town over and Daniel drove an hour (one way) the next morning, on his day off, to pick me up and bring me to the dealership! He made sure to lock the truck in the back so no one could move / take it out for a test drive after I gave my deposit. Once there, we sat in the pickup so he could show me a few things I was unaware of and off we went on a 10-minute test drive— Loved it, still love it! & will keep it for a veryy long time. Once back to the dealership he brought me to Ben (Finance Manager) and that went very smoothly as well—laid back atmosphere. Very comfortable. All in all, the process at the dealership took about an hour and a half and off I was on my cross-country trip back to FL. I made a friend with Daniel and still communicate with him. If I was a CA resident, or a surrounding State resident, I would not hesitate to call Daniel for my auto needs! I would highly recommend Daniel, Ben and the Tiesiera Ford.”
