“Really great service! I had a really bad experience with a car I had for less than a year and it was in and out of service departments with no answers but Ricky was seriously so helpful. Everything was laid out in a way that was easy to understand and I left with answers instead of more questions. Every experience I’ve had with mechanics and service repair shops I’ve been talked at and was left not really knowing what was wrong and what was fixed but Ricky was very detailed and showed me what was wrong, what my options were, and helped me find a mechanic closer to where I live. We had already been to one other person who said they didn't do that kind of work, but referred us to Mr. Torres. Mr. Torres came up with a creative solution to the problem (that would otherwise have required replacing a part to the tune of a couple thousand dollars) on the spot, and we were able to drive off fully functional within the hour.
