“My dad was involved in a traffic collision that damaged his passenger side fender and around the wheel, we tried to work with the body shop that his insurance recommended but were left waiting for a call back for literally weeks.
After being disappointed with that shop we went to Duran’s instead and were treated with patience, professionalism, and direct honesty. My dad picked up his car yesterday and you would have no clue it was involved in an accident at all. Durans did an amazing job fixing the damage, they dealt with the insurance entirely and they even washed and waxed the car before pick up.
Hopefully we won’t be in need of auto repairs anytime soon but if so we will definitely be returning to Duran’s.”
