“American Tire Depot offers a free tire rotation (and I didn't even purchase my tires there). I think that's a great community service they offer. I was in and out within one hour. And they didn't try to up-sell other services, which I appreciate.The only downside of my experience was that I made an 8am appointment the night before, but they still took a walk-in before me. I'm not sure why I should make an appointment if they are going complete the work as first-come, first-served. I shouldn't complain, since they did the work for free.I would recommend American Tire Depot.”

“SOME OF THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED!!! I brought my 2013 Ford Flex in from Nevada to switch over to California tags and plates. I needed a smog check and some catalytic converters installed. I was able to get 2/3 installed no problem. The last one had to be hunted down, Brent did some outstanding searching for that last part and found it. I went to pick it up and they had it finished in a day.I don't think they have a formal "MILITARY DISCOUNT" but since it racked up so quickly the owner was cool and gave me a bit of a break. All together this place is a top notch shop and should definetly be considered for your auto needs. I plan on going back in the future to have some after market exhaust put on as well.Service: Exhaust”

“I came here a few months back after Porterville Ford told me Ford no longer offered the 4x4 drivetrain in the regular cab 2023 F150 5.0 if you custom ordered it. I asked these guys if that was true, and turns out it wasn’t. Bruce got me on the horn and told me that my custom order went through and now I have it here with me.Will definitely be coming here again for future custom orders!”

“This place is amazing! We sat in our truck while they did an oil change and changed our wiper blades. Done in less than 10 minutes and a free car wash. The price is GREAT! The only thing they don't do cabin filters.”

“Was out of town for work, found a screw in one of my tires. Called, was told they will plug the tire for free. Even though I never purchased tires from them. No warranty, nothing. Dropped the truck off, and I came back all done. That being said, huge thank you!! Had some pizza sent to the crew the next day. Customer service was excellent!!!!I would highly recommend this location to anyone. Just for what such small task they did.”
