“We've been here a couple times now. For a synthetic oil change it came out to $95. You get a discount if it's your first time there. We were able to wait in our car. They checked our cars other liquids such as the wiper fluid and filled it up. They checked our tires and gave air as needed. The workers were polite and wow, were they fast! I recommend giving these guys a try.”

“Always have a good no a great experience there! I have been taking my cars for their scheduled maintenance (oil change) and leave feeling comfortable with my cars bc they (today Nas) ALWAYS makes sure everything like my tire pressure, air filter, all my fluids is good to go, a couple of times they caught that I needed break pads not for them to do it just so I can be aware they never push anything extra on you.. Today Nas found the reason why my back tire kept going low it had a nail in it so he offered to plug it but if I need a patch he could recommend someone.. Good honest workers there so two thumbs up to whoever does a hiring..”

“After getting screwed over and having our time totally wasted by “Firestone”, we called the Visalia location and spoke to Jerry. He had the tires in stock and had them installed in a couple of hours! No BS, just great customer service and good prices! We called more than a couple of other places in town, but all of them had no damn stock, or the prices were so ridiculous, that it was not even a possibility! If you want great tires for a great price and most importantly NO BS, go to Carrols Visalia location and ask for Jerry! We’re sure glad we did!”

“Everybody was so friendly!!! I loved the energy here! The lovely lady with the long braid greeted me and let me know what’s going on in front of me and it wouldn’t be long and it sure wasn’t.. The black gentleman, (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name) was very sweet and genuine, he made me feel welcome and informed. I was borrowing the car I was getting serviced and their lights check let me know I needed tag lights. Miguel was very helpful! Thank you so much for this experience!!
