“My puppy was hit by a truck at 6am I drove down to Lone Oak got there at 7:30 when they opened. The lady sitting at the desk was the rudest lady I have ever met working at a vet. She was appalled that I brought my little Deebo in to be seen. Her words were "I can't see him, I couldn't do that to my other patients." As nobody else was there!! So I frantically get on the phone and Call TVH. The ladies at the front desk were a delight. They said that the Dr. Was in surgery but to bring him in asap and he would see him. Less than an hour we were on our way home knowing Deebo was going to be ok with a little love and pain meds, they didn't take advantage of us and they genuinely wanted to help my baby. I will forever be Grateful to Dr. Sagartz”
