“Our Honda Civic had problems with the transmission. It was very hard to up- or downshift. This made going up and down a mountain very challenging! We called Miller Bros. She told us to come right away because the next car on their schedule was 20 minutes out. I mean, calling to schedule to have your car looked at typically means something like “we can see it 1-2 weeks from now in the Bay Area. We went to the shop and Lee was called and he diagnosed our car right away! He drained the transmission fluid, put in new fluid and gave us the green light to continue our trip. Nice, helpful, professional people like Lee. They are still out there. We can very highly recommend their services. Thank you so much Lee!!!”

“So thankful for Derek. After getting a diagnosis that was going to cost me a few thousand dollars (thanks Sonora Subaru), I was able to chat with Derek and find a different solution that only cost hundreds. He communicated well, worked fast, and charged a fair price. Can’t recommend enough”

“I won’t give the details of the work since my car is newer than 1946. But Mikey got me and my girlfriend out of a really tight spot on a weekend. Not because he knew us (he didn’t, we were out-of-towners), but because he’s a good and genuinely kind person. Mikey self-ascribes as a ‘fabricator’, but his work warrants the label ‘artist’ as far as I’m concerned. My only regret is not having him sign it.”

“Owner is super nice, needed my brakes done before a trip. He got me in the day I called. $500 for front and back brakes to be done. Everywhere else was 600+ thank you!”

“When Ben’s Auto closed I was worried about finding another honest and competent mechanic. Ben recommended Loren Kaiser. I have now been taking my trucks to Kaiser Auto Repair and Smog for about ten years. Ben was correct. Loren is knowledgeable and explains options clearly. Nothing unnecessary is ever suggested. I have utmost confidence in the maintenance and repairs of my vehicles. Always a pleasant experience and the cleanest garage in existence.”

“Scheduling my appointment was quick and easy, and I really appreciated the ability to communicate via text. As someone with a very busy schedule, having texting available made the entire process much more convenient. I was also able to reschedule when needed without any issues. There was a small mix-up regarding the location of the mobile visit, I had requested my office instead of my home, but despite the confusion, the Technician Sage handled the situation exceptionally well. I had to rush home, and he was extremely kind, patient, and understanding about the delay. He reassured me that it was no problem at all and maintained a very professional and friendly attitude throughout. Overall, Sage did a wonderful job, and his professionalism and kindness truly stood out.”

“Blew up the radiator in my 1985 300SD on the 108 the first time I really took the car out and gave it the beans. Found myself without tools and no way to fix it. They fixed it in a day and really did their due diligence cleaning and prepping the other parts I asked them to replace or fix. They didn't even attempt to gouge me, which was refreshing.”

“I had my Subaru serviced for the first time since losing my husban. Used a coupon as it covered all the items I needed checked. The care of my car and of me was very professional and courteou. I was kept aware of where I was in the queue and given an estimate of time until the car was complete. The value of peace of mind with the safety check and service is very important to me. Thank you Vincent, you are a valued representative of Subaru!”
