Great customer service from initial phone call to actual service and after. Great value and kid friendly waiting area. Receptionist and technician were amazing. Total wait time was about 20 minutes. In and out.

This place is great.
Was in and out in no time. The young lady working the counter was super friendly and very helpful her pleasant mood and positive attitude is an asset to this company. The gentleman that smogged my car, wasted no time getting the job done and I was very impressed by the customer service and honesty I felt from the establishment.

I recently got my car smogged. The first time it didn't pass. Told me to drive it around town for 50 more miles. I did that and brought it back and it passed. I was so relieved and grateful to Balswick Quick Smog. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Balswick Smog for making my whole day better than ever.

Sometimes I search for a good deal to save a buck or two but I choose Balswicks quick smog for both of our cars for other reasons. Every time, staff strikes up a conversation and are genuinely kind and wonderful people. Now everyone has bad days, but when you are created with a smile, it’s a good sign you are in the right place. I even met grandpa Balswick on the way out, look you in the eye, shake your hand, strike up a conversation type of guy. I like that. In and out in about 20 minutes with 1 car ahead of me. Highly recommend.
