Candlewood Suites Turlock by IHG offers a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests. Many reviews highlight the cheerful and helpful front desk staff, creating a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with kitchens, making it feel like home. Guests appreciate the comfortable beds, quality linens, and good water pressure in the showers. The hotel is located in a shopping center, within walking distance to various dining options, including Black Bear and Costco.
Safety is a priority at this hotel, with security patrolling the area and restricted access through card-only doors. However, some guests expressed concerns over the infrequent cleaning service, as rooms are only serviced once a week, which they found unacceptable for the rates charged. Additionally, there were mentions of maintenance issues, particularly with shower heads needing attention. Despite these concerns, many guests highly recommend Candlewood Suites Turlock for its overall value and friendly service.

Quick freeway access and a Black Bare Dinner is in the same parking lot so if you want a hearty breakfast you literally just cross the parking lot. Also only a 6 minute drive to Dust Bowl Brewery which is some of the best food I've had.
