The front desk lady, whose name I unfortunately don't know, has always gone above and beyond to ensure my rental process is smooth and stress-free. Not only was she super helpful with the paperwork, but she even came to my rescue once when I needed a phone charger in a pinch!One of the things I appreciate most about Budget Car Rental is the cleanliness of their vehicles. Both times I've rented, the cars were spotless and well-maintained, which is always reassuring. It's clear that they take pride in their fleet.Another aspect that sets Budget apart is their Sunday hours. It's incredibly convenient to be able to return a car on a Sunday when many other rental companies are closed.
