Its a busy location, but staff are doing their best, and were so kind. The team's on the younger side, and they really made me feel welcome and cared for the entire time. They're simply working within the constraints of having such high demand.

I was picking up around 10 minutes before closing, due to some complications on my end, but even then, they were perfectly communicative and didn't try to upsell me on their insurance too hard. They said I could call my insurance to check if they covered rentals or not. Save yourself the time! Check ahead, because if you pay for the insurance and cancel it, it rounds up to 1 day. (obviously not the staff's fault for their company's policy)”
