“There was a misunderstanding on when I had to return the vehicle I rented and Enterprises late fees. I call the following day to say that I would be late returning the vehicle and was told they were closing that day earlier than I expected. I couldn't make it in time. The next day I returned the truck I rented. On my way to my ride I saw an employee in the truck taking it to service for the next customer. I stopped and spoke with Isaac, told him the company i work for was paying for the rental but only for the first day. I would be responsible for the second. Isaac said he felt the mix up was unfair and I would be charged for only one day. That's customer service. And I will be a life long costomer”

“Originally had a car rental reservation elsewhere through the insurance due to an accident but they made the process too complicated so I called my insurance and they arranged a new reservation at Hertz.
