“Originally had a car rental reservation elsewhere through the insurance due to an accident but they made the process too complicated so I called my insurance and they arranged a new reservation at Hertz. Best decision ever! Upon arrival at Hertz, Alma greeted me and made me feel extremely welcomed, which was a night and day experience from the prior rental car company. You think of car rentals as a typical non-important task in life but when you’ve just gone through a major car accident and dealing not only with all the technicalities of it but most importantly the emotional rollercoaster part of it, it’s huge when come across people like Alma that do their absolute best to put you at ease from all your worries and problems by being so genuinely kind and as helpful as possible. She made the process so easy and quick and was also very thoughtful with her well wishes for the situation.
