“My name is Mike for the past two years. I have been sleeping in a recliner because of my neck. From C2 to C8 on my spine the doctors want to put pins screws and other hardware to help with the pain. I can't sleep on a regular bed I need to be sitting up kind of. That's where Mattress Firm comes into play. These two ladies the manager Stephanie and the up-and-coming new hire star Darian are very easy to talk to. I told them my situation and Stephanie knew exactly what I needed. We checked out every bed in the store, not like that get your minds out of the gutter. Darian was right there taking in all and adding some of her own input also. Stephanie was telling me about the comfort of each bed and what they will do for my neck and back ,I knew this is what I needed. The day before I had talked to Daniel another good person told him I was looking for Stephanie. He started telling me all about all of the beds and giving me some good pointers. All of the people Mattress Firm are really good people, they don't pressure you like car salesmen, they just talk with you that's what I like. I can't wait for Sunday that's when, I get my new bed , two years sleeping on a recliner, I almost forgot what it feels like to lay down.Oh I forgot to tell you what Bed I purchased, I got the Lux Breeze The medium hybrid mattress and Pro Smart adjustable base. It massages and wraps around your body like a pretzel but in a good way. Soothing all of your aches and pains. Stephanie is usually at the Riverbank store, Darian and Daniel are in Turlock, drop in and see them, you won't regret it. Thank you Stephanie and Darian I can't wait for Sunday thank you thank you. My city the price was $450 more for the same chair and they gave weak service . Bobby at Lenders was friendly helpful and even sent me pictures of the selection . Very friendly, clean restroom and easy parking .
The place isn’t fancy or plush . It’s a warehouse store . It will be hot in the Summer and cool in the Winter . Plan accordingly . But I wanted furniture not a hotel . I’d go back again immediately if I need more items . 5 stars

“After searching for furniture all weekend we ended up here by luck. We told Ken exactly what we we wanted and color we were looking into. To our surprise they had the perfect dining set in the show room. We got a great price with delivery included for $50. Ken also gave us a quote for another table. “I was shopping at the Riverbank Target on December 23. The store was packed with customers. The lines very very long. I found a line with smallest number of customers in that line. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. My carton of milk I was buying was leaking and she stopped to wipe it up. She asked my if I wanted to get another quart of milk but I said, no thanks. She was helpful, calm and efficient.”
