“Shout out Miss Terry! Just got help @ the Turlock location 4/16. She was the sweetest and best help with all my questions—dealing with a very itchy dog. She even gave me some options if what I bought didn’t work. Also, helped me with some other concerns for a kitten I’m fostering—best costumer service I’ve had in a long while!

“I gave them a 5* review based on my experiences with their products, customer service and the store/stores design and cleanliness.
My issues are with corporate support of DEI ideals. They have no place in the marketplace or workplace. I would hate for them to get the Bud Lite treatment.
My hope is that they stay focused on their products, stores and employees.”

“I went to Petco in Turlock, to get some dog food for my Dog Pepsi. I just lost my dog Tucker this weekend, and Pepsi didn't want to eat. It's been days, so I wanted to buy something he couldn't resist. I spoke with Sara, and she mentioned a couple of different foods and then guided me to them. I bought the instinct Rawboost Kibble and Raw beef, and then I picked up an ice cream. I just got home, and Pepsi is eating the kibble. He's a picky eater anyway, and losing his sidekick made everything worse. I would like to thank Sara for the advice and great customer service.”
