The debit card doesn’t work at the neighborhood market Walmart in Turlock. The chip is bad. I’ve had valley first for 6 months and already want to switch. Turlocks location issues this card. The app doesn’t work sometimes either.

Most inconvenient Location I’ve had many problems with this bank. No Apple pay . No cardless reader. ATM always broken. For a smalll credit Union you would think it would have good service but it really lacks . Wait time for customer service is ridiculous. Does not have many branches .

I would not recommend this place. The representative I spoke to was very unprofessional. She made it seem like I was trying to refinance a salvage car! I have never experienced such terrible service from any credit union. Her feedback and tone of voice was like a slap on the face. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
