Sadly I'm in a contract but long story short I ended up with one wring phone internet I didn't ask for and one of the employees trying to fight me... my bill goes up every month.. 2 months in they cancel my auto pay and put me cash only at 350$ when I was paying 228$ the worst phone company EVER

I have gone to 2 stores in Merced & they said they could not help me with changing my address to put Apt# as I was denied by the system for Verizon Fwd since I am a new customer and switched from Xfinity. I was told that I have to go to Verizon in Turlock to get this fixed so I can qualify for Verizon Fwd. My caretaker's car is overheating and I cannot get to Turlock. It does me no good to call either as the people who answer on the phone say they have never heard of Verizon FWD. I love your internet but I am on SSI and Snap. I am unable to pay $80 a month. My account says I am on ACP but that is no longer. I need to get my account fixed so I will get a Verizon Fwd discount.

Excellent customer service. I had been trying to return a internet device through Verizon recommended online custom service for three weeks. They understood the issue and within 15 minutes had a return label printed and directed me to fess for shipment. They did in less than 30 minutes what I had spent hours online and days waiting to receive the return box.

I visited in store today. It was awful experience. One of representative name Isabel was very rude and was not responding my questions. I asked her about my plans she said I can’t show you on my tab go ahead and look at screen even she refused me to show my bill summary on her tab . It was very ridiculous experience. I am thinking to switch service to other. Then, another girl name am not sure was like mirevya was super nice she helped me alot to make me understand about every aspect . I really appreciate because i was very frustrated as they charged me over.

Erick did nothing to help me just because it was close to closing. I was very disappointed that I had to drive 20 minutes to not get helped. Will never be coming to this store. Didn't even greet me, and the other employees were just gossiping. I also didn't greet me. I get way better help on East Hatch, and they're not even corporate. Do better!

Store employees are great but VZ outsourcing customer support overseas is a HUGE fail and I've lost confidence in this company to provide good service. I guess the only option now is driving to the store for any issues.
