This location is a good value for the money. It is very secure. I've been happy with their service, and find the extended gate access hours to be very convenient (open until 10pm.)

Had a great experience storing my items with AAA Quality Self Storage. I've had a unit since late August, and just moved my things out recently. I've always felt very comfortable and safe in the building. It's always clean, which is something I was worried about, as I've never had a storage unit. Great communication with the manager, Ron, and everyone else in the office was always pleasant and kind.I've recently moved up to Northern CA and no longer need storage, but I highly recommend you store your things with them!

Wow, what an outstanding experience. We found this company through great reviews here on YELP! We walked in and were greeted by: Josie. She gave us sizes, rates and availability. We inspected two units and were impressed with the facility. The costs were fair and appropriate after comparing to others. Needless to say, we are now customers. Our initial experience was wonderful. Looking forward to being longtime happy tenants.

Clean, safe, good value, excellent front-desk service describe AAA Quality Self Storage. Got a 10x12 unit which was stored all of our stuff during our move transition. Our unit was on the 2nd level. With the use of a trolley and elevator, being on the 2nd floor was great for us. When I get my RV, I know I'll be storing it here, that's for sure.

We just rented a unit and the entire experience was great. The manager was so helpful, pleasant, efficient and through. The units are easy to access and very clean and modern. We will be using their no-cost truck to move our goods into the unit. We highly recommend this company.

Who gave you the right to stop letting me able to enter my unit???? I never have late payment. Just to force me to go to the office, I need to enter my unit after the office business hours. Is that legal to disable my access code????????

Worst management ever, they disabled my access to my unit, even I'm paying on time. Who gave you the right to disable my code ?????? I don't understand how they don't allow me to access my unit. If you are going to rent a unit think about it, the mean management might not allow you to get your unit just because they called you and you didn't answer. I'm not your slave.

Even after i spoke to the guy in the office letting him know i was kn my way and i arrived there before the office was supposed to be closed He left early! I seen him in the office but he had locked the door and ignored us. We evenpointed out that There was broken debris in the driveway for people to most definitely run over on their way to the storage unit and he had no interest in cleaning it up he just took off. Even tho i was treated so poorly by the guy that was working there tonight and have to stress all night about my belongings getting ripped off while i sleep. YOUR WELCOME FOR CLEANING UP ALL THE BROKEN PIECES OF Hard plastic and metal in the drive way Unlike you i couldnt just ignore it and let someone mess up there car like that
