Rude and inappropriate. I took my mother's sewing machine in to have the needle clamp replaced. The man working there said it would cost $99.00 even though I had the part. I thought that was expensive so I left it. A week later my mother decided to bite the bullet and take it in. She was chatting to the man while he looked at the machine and she mentioned that my dad had recently passed away. He then told her it would cost her $250.00 to repair. When she said she couldn't afford that, he said "well didn't you get insurance money from your husband's death benefit? And you must live in a million dollar home" I cannot express how rude and inappropriate those statements were. i Can't believe there is someone in our community who treats potential customers like this.

I came in to find out why the machine wasn’t sewing properly. I believed the thread tension was the problem. After shop owner looked ,at it he said he would fix the tensions and needle placement and do a tune up for $149. I responded “no, it would be less expensive to buy a new machine” this was a Basic sewing machine by Brother. At home I looked up,the cost of a similar machine today and it ranged from $80-220..

Took my Bissell Spinwave mop in for warranty repair by a referral after speaking to customer service, paid the servicing fee of $49. This store promised it'll be resolved within a week. I got a call sooner than a week and they replaced my mop with a nice upgrade from my old one! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable store. Definitely would come back when we're ready to purchase a sebo vac tax free!

Costly repair. I can't say much, as it was my first time using it. Let's see how long the repair works. It was close by, which is why I used it

First time at AAA, Greg was trying to upsell another customer, when I was there to pick up the Miele ( expensive) I had purchased. I was totally ignored. Very rude. I had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be acknowledged. The next time I needed vacuum service I went to another dealer. I recently needed just a belt for a vacuum, so I thought AAA is close so I went their and the same thing happened. He was involved in a PERSONAL conversation with a customer that was just leaving. When I walked in I was not acknowledged. No, "I will be with you in a minute" or any interest in ending the personal conversation. Then he charged me $19 for ONE belt that I came home and looked up on Amazon for $8.99 for 2 belts. I am through with AAA and rude Greg.

Stay away from this business! I went in for a belt for my high end Royal vacuum which had been working fine before the belt broke. He told me it needed service and since we’ve had it a while I agreed. Then he said I had to pay in advance. That’s when I should have walked out, but there aren’t that many vacuum repair places. I paid the $123 and when I came back for the vacuum , the claim ticket said “work isn’t warranted”. Since I’d already paid I had no choice but to pick it up. Meanwhile he was trying to sell me $1000 vacuums. I took it home and it didn’t work at all. We brought it back in and he said, “I told you it wasn’t worth putting any money into this thing.(obviously a lie since he took $123 from me).We ended up having to buy a whole new vacuum elsewhere. So now I am out the $123 we paid him plus the money we had to pay for a lesser quality vacuum.

I just dropped off my Bissell Crosswave at AAA Vac and Sew. What a great experience I had. Greg was so nice and professional from the time he opened the door . He is so easy to talk to. Even though it was a little out of my way, it was so worth finding someone you can trust. I will definitely be referring my friends and family to Greg. Thanks again!!

Stay away from this place. I should have walked right out when he said I needed to pay in advance. I went in for a new belt and he said it needed cleaning and servicing. It was an older Royal high end vacuum so I said fine. I gulped at the $100 cost but, whatever... When I picked it up my ticket said no warranty on the work. Again, no choice but to pick it up and hope for the best. Meanwhile he was trying to sell me other vacuums in the shop. I got the vacuum home and it is dead. We took it back and he said "I told you not to put any money into this." I asked him why he charged me that much for a useless machine (that had worked fine before the belt broke)and he kept back pedaling and telling me he would give it as credit on a new machine. I'm mad at myself for not trusting my instincts and walking out right away.

Very unprofessional. Pricing quadrupled from what I was originally quoted. Explanation didn't add up and very rude attitude. I'm confused why this place has any good reviews.

I had issues with my Bissell CrossWave wet vac but after contacting Bissell they directed me to AAA Vacuum since they are an authorized repair facility. I have nothing but great results & communication from Greg. He is very knowledgeable, honest & friendly & would highly recommend anyone that needs any type of service or repair.

Came in twice for a sewing machine problem and Greg helped me out both times. He is honest, polite and took the time to review my machine with me. Highly recommend this business for your sewing machine needs.

At first, I thought this place was the bomb, in a good way. Come to find out, that not only was a I sold a used vacuum with wires slightly exposed on the cord which the owner happened to have in the bathroom that he used regularly, but made me a great deal on it!. When I took it in recently for a review to AAA Vacuum in Tustin, I was told by the owner, after I stood outside for 10 minutes because of his year-long Covid restrictions and you can't just walk in (get over it already), that I would have to pay up front for service before he would accept it. Mind you, he said it would be $129 for the service and it needed a new belt at an extra charge of $20, I think. I declined and took it to a darling little vacuum shop in Lake Forest that has been there for 20 years! Walking back in time heading in for sure. I dropped it off and called to inform I needed service, remove the clog, AND THE WIRES WERE PARTIALLY EXPOSED, so for $130, I got the service done, new cords, no belt was needed!!!!!! and the clog was no more. WOW - AAA - WOW

I took my Miele vacuum cleaner in for not able to turn on. the guy checked it out and told me the cord retractor is bad and want $230 to replace the cord reel. I said that I will think about it. Then he try to sell me the new ones. Of course I won't buy new ones. I took the cleaner to an Irvine shop and they fixed it for $98. Always shop around.
