The employee named Gabi lied straight to my face. I thought we were over the issue of bad customer service so when she lied straight to my face, I have no choice but to give the store back the one star rating and a bad review that I thought I wouldn't have to do again because I thought they fixed the customer service issues. An employee should not be lying to the customers.

The employees here need to go through some more training about how food stamp payments work (and maybe also how to not have a condescending attitude with customers). This fellow named Matt tried to humiliate my elderly mother by pointing at her selected groceries saying EBT wouldn't cover her little treat of a spicy California roll. He said it with this smug tone like "Ha ha! Gotcha! No sushi for you, poors!"I had to be the one to inform him "actually, people who are homeless/disabled/elderly ARE allowed to purchase prepared foods under this program..."

Great location, always clean, well-stocked, friendly. The evening team here are helpful and professional. Randy is a super chill guy. There was a handicapped person during the last minutes of closing who had trouble with different payments, and he was very patient and professional the entire time. His supervisor and their team seem to always run things and do their job well. The daytime crew are pretty cool too, the few times I've gone there in the day time. There are also 2 EV charging stations, I believe are free. While the good prices bring me in, the friendly people give it a welcome reason to come back.Overall, the staff here make this Albersons A+ to shop at.

This is one of my favorite Albertsons stores. The people here are kind and helpful. Would definitely recommend this store to anyone. There are a wide variety of food. This store is also near other stores. This place also has a lot of parking and a Starbucks.

Listen here Americans, this location likes to advertise products online, say they're in stock, make customers (me) drive there to find out they don't carry it. Americans, I used to be a double manger at grocery and retail stores in the meat and produce section. So I get how the game goes. The whole business is run by computers so it's not like an idiots error. The game they play is to draw you in with deals sent to your house each week in wasted paper and post online. Then you get to walk through the junk food section, strategically placed goods on aisle end-caps. Big signs and stickers to appear as a discount when they're not. This place does the usual tricks, Americans! Don't be fooled by big grocery. The store manager should be fired today. He can go back to grocery store manager training or prison. Advertising an item on your app and in pamphlets, when you don't have it, is a crime Chief. The computers all across the country autofill orders when they're out or low, but for some reason yours said it's in stock when you haven't had it for days. It's part of the playbook, Americans. This manager thinks he's slick but doesn't know what I know about his shady dealings. The whole Albertsons staff is about to take a hit on this one. Hey Chief, did your employees not QMOS the items you're trying to advertise to people? Or did you purposefully try this stunt to keep your job? Ta ta there Albertsons. You're done. Enjoy the unemployment line

I did a drive up and go order smh. I ended up waiting almost an hour after my order was ready & confirmed for pickup. I called the store and was given false hope my order would be out soon but no one ever showed. It's advertised as a 5 minute wait which turned into an hour. I had to call customer service to request a refund. Never again & I know I shouldn't have even waited that long

I've been shopping at this store since it was Lucky's! Always Had really Awesome Home Baked, bakery breads, cakes & Sweets! However now, they not only discontinued Many great Tasting Breads for the No Flavor yukkie ones, that Never Sold! Along w/bakery goods, just don't offer much! Ex: the cream danish coffee cakes, now have Hardly Any Cream-cheese to call it that, but it Still sells for $7.00! What a Jip! I find myself going to Ralph's & or stater brothers & they seem to hv stayed the same... I used to buy dried mangos at @$4.00 a small bag (I'd buy em all), then watched the price climb to $7.00 a bag, stopped buying & sure enough abt 2 yrs later selling rt around-under $4.00 range. I Lived this store! Talked to the manager about 11/2 yrs ago about getting/carrying certain brands again. Said sure, I'll look into, then w/roll of the eyes he walked away & started semi chastising a produce manager stocking at the time! As time went in, I saw the Big Turnover in employees as things got worse, he was Suck a Lying Jerk! I even called (along w/others), regarding his attitude. Yet he was still there yrs after, I just dont go there anymore, it's rt around the corner, too... they got rid of recycling center (parking lots NEVER FULL!). I'm so disappointed in my Albertsons now-a-days, I Used to Love going there for all needs, yet Fresh Bakery, cakes-breads (the Italian flat bread was The Best!), I'd buy 4loafs uncooked & 1baked & kept frozen til wanted, got top wet, added sesame seeds, bake. YUMMMMM... We've Tried Every Bread Your Making now & All taste same... TASTELESS! Kinda like sourdough, yet w/No Taste at all, its like air-bread! Even their Jalapeño-cheese bread, has hardly any cheese & overloaded with too many loose jalapeño pieces, yet it Costs More $$$? You Raise the prices but dont give us what we paid for, so please don't raise the prices and skimp too! It gets costly~ Plus, they stopped carring Many of the Best-Most popular Brands on Many Items that are Still in business, but kept the Not so good, nor fast selling items, as if they made a deal with the manufactures?! I'm sad at your ways now, stepping over the dollar for the dime! Bad business! Methinks you need a new manager, buyer, noteworthy person that understands before you go down as so many people have left, our neighborhood- many friends who live around the corner from Tustin Albertsons all go to other stores now also! Fair Warning b4 This store goes out of business, Wake Up! Hope your board see's this post~
