Installers Leo and Chris R. were superb. They were friendly and have a good attitude. Great job. Love my walk-in shower. Just beautiful!!! Beats climbing into a tub.

These people are terrible. They schedule an appointment to consult at your home quickly and make all these great statements to get your money, but once you sign on the dotted line, everything changes. They quoted a date to install within a month but backtracked after they got their money, telling me it would be months before I get this walk-in shower/bath installed for my mother, who is falling a lot.
I’ve had this bath for a year now, and every few months, the shower head stops working. They are impossible to get a hold of for an issue, and after a couple of weeks of calls and text messages to Tim and Melissa (my carrier shows me they read my text messages, but they ignore me for weeks), they finally reach out and set a date that is weeks away!
On average, every couple of months, this shower breaks and stays that way for a month, sometimes more. It has been more than a month now, and it’s still broken. I’m waiting for them to get back to me and schedule a date and time to come by! This means it will remain broken for even more weeks, maybe even another month. What horrible quality and service!
EDIT 01/09/25: Funny how it takes a bad review for them to finally buckle up and finally respond. I wasn't able to be home during the time of this repair, so my sister had be home for when they come to fix it. What's really messed up and way more unprofessional than they ever have been before, the owner actually showed my sister this review and got her against me to remove this review, causing unnecessary family drama, with her only knowing their side of the story which were complete lies to save face. The owner Adrian Diaz had NO BUSINESS to do that!!!! People have a right to know how a business operates before investing 10s of thousands of dollars, a year salary for some.

Installers Jose Silva and Trevor were very professional. They had a challenging setup and worked well to create a nice final product. Not all parts were received but they did the best they could with those parts that were delivered.

An excellent experience! On the design working with Melissa Ruble was a pleasant experience. She knew her product well and very experienced is making suggestions with the design and hardware. Order was placed and installment set up as estimated which was about eight weeks after the order was placed. Scheduling was very smooth with a set installment date established. The installation team of Leo Garcia and Jose Silva was the best! They reflected excellent workmanship, kept the work area clean and organized and completed the work on time and as expected. They were very cooperative in adding batts within the framework and made sure all of hardware were installed where we wanted it to. Very courteous fellas along with great skills made the installation process smooth and seamless. Kudos to Leo and Jose!!!

I can't say enough about American Vision Baths. I do a lot of research before any major project and I am so glad I found them. First, Dominick was great to work with and he was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me a great price for a great product. He didn't pressure me to make a quick decision (like other companies). Once I made my decision, the install was done in 2 days as promised, the guys were great, (but their cleanup wasn't the best). Jose even made sure there were studs behind the wall, so if I need grab bars in the future, it would be safe. Definitely quality work!! (Sorry my pics didn't download) But it looks great. June 24,2023. I decided to get my second bathroom done and of course Dominick was great and made it so simple. I was so happy to see Jose again to do the install. He did great work again. This time it was a tub shower combo and it turned out awesome. I appreciate Jose for asking me questions throughout to make sure everything was done the way I wanted.

Jose Silva and Jesse B did a fabulous job installing my shower. They were prompt, clean, courteous, and very thorough with their work. There was a mix up with the accent tiles and Jesse even ran to Home Depot to get what was needed to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

In summary, I would highly recommend American Vision Baths for a Kohler Luxstone shower. The process was painless except for the wait for Kohler to ship the required materials. Travis, our sales rep, was straightforward and provided all the necessary information. The price quoted was comparable to other vendors with similar products. Randy kept us update with the status of the product from Kohler. This process took much longer than expected, presumably due to supply chain issues. Jose S. and Jessy B., our installers, were very professional, kept the work area tidy, and completed the project in two days as promised. The final product turned out great.

Recently had my shower remodeled and I'm very happy with the results. Although they have ton of variety I kept it simple with all white subway tile. The salesman Dominick was very professional and helpful in chose the right product for my needs. The demo and installation team of Jose, Jessy and Dario were fantastic as well and able to answer any questions I had. They got the job done at the estimated price, and in two days despite what was behind my walls. A big thank you to the whole team including the office personal who wasn't mentioned I'd recommend American vision bath to anyone

We are totally pleased with the work that Jerry and David did. They removed our 50 year old tub and replaced it with a shower stall in less than 1.5 days. They were wonderful to work with and somehow they were able to install the showever with no damage to the side wall I strongly recommend American Vision Baths and Jerry and David who did the installation.

Paid for two bathrooms to do be done. The first was fine, but the second is not done. It’s been over a year, and it still has issues. They cut out the window frame wrong, and did a hack job trying to fix it. It looks horrible. I am having an inspector come out to check it, and hopefully he can fix the leak we have had from their work for over a year. ??Services: Installation

We had American Vision Baths remove existing master shower and replace including low access pan, full height wall panels, new fixtures and heavy duty glass sliding access doors. The first sales consultation by Dominick was professional, informative and showed many pictures and material samples. He also was very helpful with the costing and financing! We worked with Mary on scheduling, material stocking and move in dates. She followed up and was delightful. The demo crew was on schedule and protected the whole flooring from shower to front door.All the demo crew worked hard and timely. Jose and helper, Leo and several others were all professional, efficient and thorough in all finishing aspects of the job! We encountered a unexpected slab plumbing obstruction and AVB coordinated with our plumber to hold off for a few days while we relocated pipes into wall. I shopped around for almost 2 years to find a vendor that carried the pan size I wanted for my new shower for my renovation project on the master bath in my home of residence. American Vision delivered an excellent high quality product, and with it a ace installation team. The craftsmanship and expertise they brought to the final product was beyond exceptional. Jose and Jesse completed the project in 2 days, arrived on time and did an outstanding job. They took great care in the build and measurements, the shower fits perfectly and looks fantastic. American Vision Baths is a well known company with a reputation of quality products, great installations and customer satisfaction. It was for this reason that we chose American Vision Baths to do the installation of a walk-in shower at my elderly parents house. The process started with a visit from Travis. He inspected our existing bathroom and took a few measurements. We found Travis to be friendly and very professional as we discussed the options for installing the new shower. Travis did a fantastic job showing us the different materials, color and options for things; e.g. a bench seat vs a corner seat, doors or curtains, etc. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and did not make us feel like we were being pressured for a sale. We made the deposit and set things in motion. After the materials arrived, Raymond and Tony began the install. They were very polite and professional. They laid down protection for the floor and went over the plan for the install. As they progressed, they often checked back with us to explain what they were doing and to ensure things were being installed correctly and that meautements for things like the grab bars and seat were being installed at the right height. On the first day, they had already completed the demolition work, basic plumbing and wall boards. By the second day, they put in the shower pan, solid surface walls, trim and completed the install! Raymond and Tony, did an awesome job and answered all of our questions. They were very thorough and were kind and patient while they worked with my elderly parents. We are very satisfied with the walk in shower and highly recommend American Vision Baths.

THESE GUYS WERE AWESOME! If I could give more stars I would! I had a GREAT experience with American Vision Baths! Just finished their install today and it is AMAZING! The whole process was smooth seamless and professional. Starting with the sales rep Dominic B who walked me through many different options and although I came into this with a different image of what I wanted in my head, he gave some great advice and together we decided on an option that I think is much better than my original vision! Kudos to you Dominic! Then the install came and I had the pleasure to have Tony and his crew of Raymond and Jesse there to complete this shower in two days! They were really nice, asked me for minor tweaks on the spot so I was driving the install too which I really liked. They were also punctual and cleaned u after themselves. If I were to upgrade another bath I would 100% have confidence in working with Dominic and Tony (with his crew of Jesse and Raymond). Not to mention Dominic dropped by personally to make sure everything was going smoothly, he was a class act from start to finish and was available when I needed him to answer my questions. They even loved my dogs which earns even more unnecessary points! If you aren't sure, look no further and go with these guys, they will not disappoint and Dominic and Tony will take GREAT care of you!
