Bob helped me out and it was probably one of the easiest experiences I've had at a Ford dealership, although any time I work with Bob it is always the same. He is phenomenal. I will definitely continue going back to AutoNation Ford for my services even though it is further than my closest Ford service center..

Servicing here has always been flawless and easy! It's a quick drop off and pick up flow. Prices are relatively fair and they've also went above and beyond in finding dealership damages when I first got my car (from another dealership) when I took it for an oil change. Highly recommend!

From start to finish, these guys were amazing. It started with the amazing sales manager Peter. He assured me that when I came in, I would be taking care of after being treated not well by multiple other dealerships. He did not break his promise. He set me up with Caren And Paloma In the sales department. They were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and educated me on all of the Ford products. I finally settled on the 2025 Ford lightning! And I couldn’t be more thrilled with this vehicle. I highly recommend coming in to buy your next car from this team. You will not be disappointed.

Brandon, Tyler, Paloma. Dylan and the entire team at AutoNation Ford of Tustin were extremely helpful. I contacted them inquiring about a Bronco Sport that was on their website. Sadly the car had just been purchased, but they located it from another dealership, with the Badlands package and added Sasquatch option and got a awesome deal!
Once the Bronco Sport arrived at the dealership, Brandon answered all of our questions. He knew about all of the features on the vehicle.
I highly recommend AutoNation Ford of Tustin. They are straightforward, professional and made the entire purchase a pleasurable experience!

I had a great experience scheduling an appointment with James, test driving and making a deal with Max, and going through paperwork/financing with Roberto. It was very straightforward, it didn't feel like there was any pressure, and the price for our used vehicle and the trade-in seemed fair. In the end, we didn't opt to purchase their warranty, but they were willing to provide us a deal on that too.

What ever you do, do not make the same mistake as I. They sell vehicles that should not be on the lot. I financed a van and I am already having issues. It's been a little over a month and my driver side window has busted and they said im sol. The finance manager even got me to purchase a warranty that doesn't even cover the power windows. It truly stinks when you want to trust people and businesses and get screwed. Also, the light for the oil kept coming on so when I took it into be serviced the shop told me that the van hadn't been serviced since 2017. I feel like such an idiot for trusting 🙃 I don't know why anyone would want to work for businesses that do this. The kids and I lost their Father, had a unit fire and lost our cats my son was in the hospital all within this last year 1/2. I informed them of this when I came in to look at the van. That I needed something reliable and could not afford an6 hiccups. I just made the first payment too.
