Replaced my engine and turbos on my 2019 q50 and while they did the inspection they noticed I had a boot torn on my cv axle and also fixed that all under warranty no cost to me and they finished 4 days earlier then expected very good service will take my car for all future services and repairs here

Worse service! Will never buy or service a vehicle with them again. Purchased Audi Q7. 14 days for a windshield replacement and front light. Another week for an oil filler to be replaced. After they failed to fix or diagnose noise that started coming from the wheel, I took to Audi. I was told they had informed Infinity my motor mounts were loose, exhaust cracked, and 100k mile service was not done. 90 day full coverage warranty from third party still in effect. Why would service not let me know or agree to help me repair if it is covered under warranty. They do no care about customers they only want their money. Lack of accountability and pride in their job.

I went to get an oil/filter change on my Infiniti G37S through a promotional coupon. I easily made an appointment over the phone, and waited for my vehicle in their waiting room. I was pleasantly surprised to see a full coffee machine, snacks and a TV that I could choose what channel to watch. It took under an hour, and they washed my car and gave me a detailed report on my brakes, tires, a leak they spotted and more. There was zero pressure to get these services done there, and no hassle with honoring my coupon. Additionally, I was blown away when I saw a text with actual video of my under carriage pointing out what the mechanic inspected. A+ work; I will be returning to them in the future! Thanks for the friendly and respectful service!
