This was our first time moving a vehicle, and AutoRelocationPlus did not disappoint. The dispatcher and driver were friendly, punctual, and really cared about our time, our car, and getting said car from TX to FL with no issues. Highly recommend ARP for any and all of your vehicle relocation needs! A+++

I’m in shock right now with the delivery of my vehicle. Was supposed to be here yesterday, Friday and was told that there was a truck issue. Now, today Saturday, told it would be delivered by 4pm. Texting and texting, finally get a response, “I’ll check with the driver”. This service is completely unacceptable. I’ve been in logistics for 25 years and you know where your drivers are and what their issues are. This is below any standard that is acceptable.
So, was told at 6pm, just loading the vehicle in Miami… be there in hour or so. Just got a call! Sorry, haven’t left yet, had to prioritize other vehicles. I just left a message with dispatch… yes… message… no one on the phone. From Thursday to Friday to Saturday… not acceptable. I am not impressed.

I would have never imagined a company being this dishonest it is simply disheartening. I had my vehicle transported from Houston to Wichita. My vehicle was picked up without any damage on Oct 12. The day my vehicle arrived on Oct 17, I received a call from the dispatcher/ driver letting me know he was a few minutes away from my new residence. Before he hung up, he explained I would have to meet him because my car would not start. As you can imagine, I was extremely upset. No one could tell me what happened to my vehicle. I spoke directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing-Vic and he immediately redirected the blame towards me stating my vehicle was picked up damaged. To make a long story short, Auto Relocation denied everything they could have possibly denied. I spent the last three weeks playing Inspector Gadget, proving to my company that my car was damaged in Auto Relocations possession. I’m happy to say I will be reimbursed for everything(damage, towing and rental), but this doesn’t change anything. Auto Relocation is a very dishonest company. If this company is your only option, I advise you to drive your own car. They lack accountability and empathy for others. I just moved to a new state ,and the last thing I needed was for my car to get damaged. I work for a huge company and I’m 100% sure if I had did this transaction acting alone, I would be telling you guys a different story. I decided to write this review so I could help someone possibly not make a huge mistake by doing Business with Auto Relocation.
