I visited this branch to work through a 12 year long fraud on my B of A account , and the Fraud Division of B of A told me to visit the branch, but when I went into this branch they told me "they had no time to help me, and that I would have to wait for 40 minutes or more", so I left. I will now file a complaint with the CFPB about the Bank Management for this branch, letting the CFPB know about the untenable lack of responsibility of B of A.

So pissed with this location! My husband recently died and I need to remove him from the account and add my son. We came in just before Thanksgiving to take care of it, and they said no one was available to help me. I had to schedule an appointment, so we schedule an appointment for the next time my son was in town, a month later and no one showed up to open the business. There was a bunch of us waiting, including the exterminator, who wanted to check the rat traps he had set two days earlier. It would make me so happy if the health department shuts down this location.

Website said they're open today, needed some new bills for a geaduationnlei and they were closed. Not very sharp for a bank, wasted my time.

One teller. Closes at 4pm. I guess I need to leave work early to get here before I close and make sure I give myself at least an hour to get through the line. The Chase across the street is better staffed and the line moves quickly. Do better BofA Tustin Branch, do better.

Cliff assisted me in opening a checking account yesterday and I really enjoyed working with him. He was kind, warm, and interactive, paid attention to all my needs and concerns. In 20 mins or so I was setup, profile updated with my current info and Apple Pay digital card loaded into my wallet on my iPhone. I was making my first deposits at the ATM and this location even has safe deposit boxes, something you don't see much of anymore. Thanks Cliff and the Tustin BOFA team for a great experience.

Worst branch ever. This is a billion dollar company and they only ever have two bank tellers working at one time. What is the point of have 6 windows when there is no one to work them? There is always 10 plus people when I walk in the bank. If you use the ATM to make a deposit it times out and sends half of the deposit back or won't even accept it. I should not have to hate to go to bank. Last thing is there is always trash in the bushes and around the bank. One star because I can't give less.

terrible parking lot, awful costumer service, severely understaffed. Staff could care less about customer issues, needs or concerns. They blame being understaffed. Line OUT THE DOOR to speak with a teller. All banks are bad but this is the worst.

I don't think I've ever been to this BOA branch, and not waited in line. On average there is always 10-12 people infront of you, with only two tellers. Rest assured though, they'll always have one, or two employees greeting people at the door, because priorities...

Bank Branch now has reduced hours 10- 4pm and are closing on Saturdays. Very in convenient to do bank business. They care about cutting labor costs to increase profits not about customer service. Chase Bank across the street is open 9-5pm during the week and 9am-4pm on Saturdays. Take your money to a bank that cares about customer services.

By far one of the worst banks I've been to, they have two employees working in the front.. and there are 23 people against the walls inside waiting, and a line outside with 10+ people. Not only that I tried calling this location to speak to an associate 4 separate times, within 2hrs, I have a simple question to ask, and cannot be provided with an answer until I get to the front..

Horrible Branch. Manager was rude and not professional. Staff did not respond appropriately. We had an appointment to open a business account and we had to leave because they didn't kept our appointment. We sat there for 20 minutes. Don't waste your time. You will be disappointed

I let 2 tellers. 30 minutes in line NO business window. It's crazy when u have huge cash deposits and you're just standing in line forever.

Their ATM ate my last 2 paychecks from September, shut down, and restarted. A call to the service number on the ATM reveals that they have no plans on fixing the situation in a timely manner. They are going to "file a claim" with no clear cut timeline or even real guarantee I'll ever have access to the funds I trust them with. Guess I'll just tell my student loan, mortgage, and car payment collectors that BofA is "looking in to" finding my money for them. I could even end up with damaged credit due to not paying my bills on time. Lesson learned. I'll be switching over to a credit union (and using online banking ONLY) as soon as humanly possible. I suggest everyone else do the same.
