Love this branch. Never busy. No wait. They offer new crisp bills if you ask. Tons of open parking space. I only come here ever since I found them.

Visited this branch a few weeks ago and had a great experience opening a new account. I wasn't sure about the process as I recently relocated to the USA from Australia where bank branch trips are dreaded normally for me.Upon arriving Ash Nguyen took time to help me understand what I will need, and proceeded to book me an appointment for 25 minutes later with Sofia Hong. During this time, Ash and Sofia kept discussing and informing me what I need to do to help speed up the process, unfortunately i didn't have an SSN available or the ability to start the application on the mobile app but they reassured me that would be fine.The meeting came with Sofia and within 15 or so minutes I had an account created, card on the way and a future meeting booked.Overall great experience, good location with lots of parking and lovely to talk with Ash and Sofia who bring a fun, energetic and personalized touch to the normally stale banking experience.

Incompetent workers. This location does not allow out of state customers to make cash withdrawals... a customer for over 18 years and this was the worst experience. Good riddance.

After 2 months of getting "Maintenance Fees" on my "FREE CHECKING ACCOUNT", I made an appointment at this location. I arrived today at 1pm and was greeted right away. A few minutes later, Jessica O. arrived to help me. Small talk to the office, all was good. I explained that after 10 years of having this free checking account, I've been charged the last two months $12/month. She explained the minimum $250 single direct deposit OR a $1500 average balance, none of which I've maintained the past 10 years. You see, I get several, sometimes 10+ direct deposits for smaller amounts that in total equal about $1,000/month for a small online side hustle. Obviously, Bank of America changed the rules or filtered my account into this new "Advantage Plus" account with a maintenance fee. Now, don't get me wrong, Jessica gets a 5 star review...she was nice, yet nervous to tell me this news that I'm basically screwed. I asked whom I can let know this and she grabbed a Manager - Josh (possible name) and they both left the office to "email the corporate office" which they stated they already received a response telling me politely to "pound sand". Not sure if they actually emailed or just left the room to let me sit while my Chipotle order sat across the way. So, once again, no hard feelings for either Jessica or Josh, they were nice...just such shotty business practices on Bank of America and to put them on the front line for these practices. Negative 4 stars for B of A. I'm closing my account before 11/22/2023 (when I get "maintenanced" again).... after 10 years...and it's sad.

Disgusting service, I had an appointment at 11.30, one person came up to me and said that she couldn’t help me, she just gave me a phone number and told me to call the service center. If I didn't need human help, I would do it. Fortunately, there are good people in any place, if you find yourself there, then contact Ash Nguyen, for the rest, food is more important than people!

Friendly staff, Ash helped me to get the cashiers check. Definitely meet Ash Nguyen.she is such a nice person. Ash and Sophia helped to waive off fees as it was my first time getting the check.

Worst boa than ever. Ash told me that they can’t help me with wire and pushed me to other center. It is not even a big amount. You guys are chatting and not doing anything in one office and not welling to help me?? So awful.

Been with B of A for 35 years. We have a Platinum Premier level account. This location has the worst customer service of any branch I have frequented. And very limited hours. If this was my only B of A experience, I would take my business elsewhere.

Worst location ever. ALWAYS “short staffed” but there are like 5 employees that are at their desk but none know how to work the at the teller position. One employee told me they are doing their “best”. Come on, this is a Multi trillion dollar corporation, this is NOT their “best”. Either hire another teller or cross train people. Really unacceptable.

Honestly the worst bank !! Came in and told me that they had no tellers at all because they are short staff ..wonder why ?!!! I said I just need a cashier help and the lady said I'll be 10 min wait since there's only 1 iPad and it's being used ..I said okay I'll wait 10 mins no problem . I waited 20 mins and nothing ! She came in and said it will be longer !!! Wth is wrong with this bank ?!!!!!

worst bank in the world. literally nothing works, the sensors on the door are broken and the ATMs are "out of service"tear this waste of space and put a mcdonald's or something, at least it'll be useful then
