I really love this particular Bath & Body Works. They have things displayed so well and make things easy to find. I have always had excellent customer service here. They are so helpful. Huge parking lot. Lots of shopping bags to gather all of your finds. Good pricing and a great rewards system that you will benefit from.

This is definitely a quieter location than Fashion Island or South Coast, and seems bigger too. They have a lot more stock available, so if I lived closer I would definitely make this my most frequented location. Older lady associate was super attentive and was a joy to deal with, both with the transaction and our conversation. She deserves everything!!

You really should revise your online order pick up policy. Both times I have been to the store for pick up, the line was +10 people deep. There’s no benefit ordering online vs shopping in store

usually like this store but the cashier I had was very not happy and asked me to get a hand soap that didn’t have a “try me” sticker on it even though they had a special sale going on with bins full of unorganized soaps and that’s how I found it. Those bins had lots of those soaps w the sticker mixed in there and i figured they were part of the sale because they were clearly not sample bottles left out nicely for trying. After rummaging through the bins I couldn’t find another one of the same scent so I ended up just not getting it? I feel like she should have offered to find me a bottle without the sticker instead of making me rummage through bins of soap while the line was growing. I was clearly rushed and unhappy I wasn’t getting the soap I wanted but she did not seem to care. Love bath & body works, just poor service!

I purchased more than 5 candles during Black Friday sale. A Week after, I received the box but has wrong items in it! The customers who supposed to get the package lives in Washington and I'm from OC. Anyway, I tried to call customer rep 4 times but didnt answer. I walked into this BBW location to return it and their manager and associates were really amazing, helpful and assisted me to reach the customer service.I was able to get my order at this location . Esmeralda resolved the issues and performed a great customer satisfaction!

It's a smaller store and a little cramped but easily accessible and the staff is friendly and helpful,not as great as the orange store which is bigger and has more inventory and the staff goes above and beyond!!

All the people working here are great! Wonderful customer service, beautiful store, clean and well stocked. They are all very helpful. I go here literally every week and am never disappointed!!

I ordered six items online, but when I came to pick it up, three items was cancel and the other three were not what I ordered. I tried to work it with them, but they were not receptive and wait my time. I will not shop here again.

Love shopping at Bath and Body works. Typically find great deals on soaps, 1 or 3 wick candles and various accessories. However my recent shopping experienc here was under par. I came on a Tuesday at 11 am so it wouldn't be as crowded. I came to pick up my online orders. There were a few staff that greeted me as I entered the store, which was nice to start off. As I went to the back of the store to wait in line to pick up my items, I had to wait a long time. The main issue is that there is still only 1 line for all customers. There wasn't a separate line for online pickup. There were 4 staff behind the registers. One was just putting candles in plastic sleeves. One was doing pickup, and the other 2 were ringing up customers. It was annoying for me to wait in the same line as the customers behind me were assisted first. Then when all the in-store customers were assisted the same 2 ladies finally said they could help me. This is confusing as why didn't they help me earlier for my pickup order? Why did I have to wait for in store customers to be finished before they helped me? It doesn't make any sense. Plus, when I got in line there was only 1 in store customer behind me and then while I waited for the 1 pick up lady to finish, more in store customers got in line. A total of 5 in store customers got helped before I was finally helped. Geez!!! Management really needs to reconfigure this situation better. The 1 staff they was putting candles in plastic sleeves was also texting on her phone so pretty much not doing her entire job. The only good thing was the 1 greeter that I saw earlier. She saw how heavy my online pick up was and offered to help me to my car. Too bad I didn't catch her name because she was the best staff that I encountered that day at this location.

About my 8th time coming to this location this year, and today I had enough. Each time I come, I try giving the benefit of the doubt. This time in particular, I asked an associate about a candle that I didn't see on the floor. She said she would go to the back and check for me. FIFTEEN MINUTES of me waiting, and she comes out the back to return to helping on the floor WITHOUT coming to tell me if the candle is in stock. I'm 99% sure she didn't look. She seemed new, but I'm tired of the kind of service I receive at THIS location.

I visit the Bath & Body works in Tustin Market place. When I was there I needed some information about A man product lady that came to help was rude talk so loud as if she thought I was deaf so I ask another young lady name Jessica she was so much help she was so polite and even had a sense of humor when I asked to speak to her manager she pointed to the first lady that was helping me out that was rude she was the manager WOW! One of the customers noticed that the first lady was rude to me. I think she need to go to anger management class if she's working with the public but Jessica I'm going to give you your props thank you Jessica even though your manager was rude. The manager name is Rachael. Don't go to her location if you are a BLACK Woman.

The Tustin Marketplace is THE MOST ADA UNFRIENDLY store I have ever been too. I was using a cane and the employees pushed past me, almost knocked me over. I clearly could not hold products and my cane and purse and they were no help. I don't need to be babied, but some help might be nice, given my circumstance. I will never go in there again.
