The man who runs this place is awesome! He had a cussing irate customer in there who was completely un ruly. He somehow kept the man calm and talked to him so easily that he finally apologized to us and others in the store for his behavior before he left. But did get a new phone and not put in jail. Props to the manager!!!

It's an easy place to pick up shipments. However some of the staff provide no customer service. It would be nice to be greeted when you walk into a store.

I had a wish order and they claim to not have it. Yet Mary scanned my phone and a few hours later wish emailed me that thr order had been picked up. I've never had a store lose my orders. First and last. Lesson learned.

I would give ZERO stars!! The girl Abigail is a rip off of $200!!!! We wanted a plan of four lines we were going to transfer two lines she said we could and that one was for sure going to work and then says the second one wasn't going to work with this carrier till next month we said ok fine we were there from 3-5pm! We paid $260 and then she tells us that both phones from the different carrier were not compatible we asked for out money back and she denied it!!! Asked for manager supervisor and she denied that too! Not even the supervisors number saying it was confidential my kid and niece was hungry and irritated after so long I can't believe she kept the $200 and I went to check with the previous carrier to see if the new phones she gave us not even connected and they told us they were blocked and not connected don't come here!!!!
