Overall this store is great and has a lot of great stuff. I’m just writing this to inform that some staff there had been rude and seem to be working unhappy. Specially a staff whose name is Sofia treated my family and I rude during check out and payment. My mom had order some staff online and when we picked them up, everything was split up into two bags. The bags had the receipt with same last name on both, and Sofia seemed to not understand that both bags were ours. She only handed one bag to us, and almost took the other one back.
She was perceived as unhappy and bothered to be at work.
The items at store should receive 5 star but because of Sofia I will only give this store a 2 star review.

my husband and i were shopping for our wedding here and i love the selection and the styles they carry it’s defiantly a western paradise
the employees were very helpful and asked if we needed help and checked in
unfortunately tho at a certain point every employee was checking on us 2-3 times each and i felt as tho they thought we weren’t shopping but fooling around
we are in our early 30s so i guess i can see why they may mistake us for kids who are messing with the store but regardless we shouldn’t have to feel that way
and then unfortunately one of the employees approached us when we were looking at the belts and we couldn’t decide what size we wanted so we were trying multiple on and the employee that approached us asked if we needed help because we were trying so many on and then commented “Have you ever tried belts on before”?? in a very condescending way which I thought was frankly rude and unnecessary and I’m not sure why she needed to say that.
it was a very odd experience and employees were weird and a shame because I love this place and I would definitely keep coming back but not to this location i’ll stick with the amazing service i got at the Mercury location

When you walk in you immediately smell the leather. This is a western paradise. Yes they have tons of boots from many top boot makers, but they also have everything else from western style clothing to belts to accessories. They have classic hats from the likes of Stenton to Cody James.
Their boots come with classic leather soles to newer mor comfortable molded sole that are quieter and more comfortable. I like Ariat boots because they don’t echo down the hall and are more flexible, comfortable.
And they have professional steel toe work boots and clothing including foul weather ware and coats as well as reflector safety jackets.
My wife loves the fashion ware. This Iowa farm girl drops in regularly. Check out the women’s fashion photos too.

Great selection, great brands and great service. If they don’t have it online or in any store you go, they can transfer form any Boot Barn available even outside state.

Came in 2 days back to back and had by far the best shopping experience of my life. Alfonso helped me both days he was not only informed about all there stock was also very helpful, he spent more than enough time with me to get exactly what I wanted and helped give advice which I found very useful. When I return I definitely will be trying to have him help me next time

I was helped by Abel back in November when I visited this store to try find a new pair of boots. Abel was an amazing help! I have really big feet and most women's shoes struggle to fit so we went to the men's section and tried on so many different pairs till I found 2 pairs I fell in love with and couldn't pick between so naturally I bought both. Couldn't have asked for a more patient and helpful store assistant literally wear one or the other pairs every day and they're the perfect fit. I will definitely be back in the future and highly recommend this store and their staff!

This feels more like a flagship store. Impressive selection, friendly staff and good vibes. Great place for boots and other Western wear.

It's a shame they don't carry any Hiking boots. Seems like it's in there name to carry all types of boots not just Cowboy and work boots.Service was excellent. A gut named Patrick assisted me. Very nice and very helpful. Thank you.
