I have lived here for 3 years and it's a very nice place to live they take good care you right away if you have any problems with maintenance the MGMT is very nice always trying to make your experience here a great one they even have treats in the office for tenants the place is always clean as well take my advice and move in

I have lived here for many years. I can say that the management team does their best to keep the place better and enforce rules so that peace-loving and rule-abiding folks can enjoy living here. The service requests are promptly responded to and the maintenance folks are very nice to deal with.

The grounds are well-maintained, the environment is safe and green, and the amenities are top-notch. A huge thanks to Laura, the property manager, for her exceptional service and friendly attitude. They processed my application very quickly and really helped with my move. Laura always goes above and beyond to ensure residents have a great living experience. Highly recommended!

I would like to start off by saying Briarwood was such a lovely facility to tour. My family and I left the building with big smiles on our faces. The building was in a great condition, kudos to maintenance/janitorial staff for the cleanliness appeal to the building. The staff was amazing, the biggest thank you to Mr. Kevin for the lovely time and information provided to us, a very knowledgeable young man, thank you.

People are 6 times more likely to complain, especially when they get called out for not following the rules or get charged for destroying the place.
Yet people that have great experiences hardly offer praise. I will be the change.
Office staff is kind and attentive. Maintenance team is efficient and timely. Love the grounds and the pool. Great neighborhood choice for me too. Thank you to the entire Briarwood Team for taking great care of us.

Horrible service. Noboy answers, they take forever to process applications and do not want to refund a holding deposit. They ask over 4,000 to move in if you do not have a perfect credit score.

Heard about my buddy Sergio's unit catching on fire from their stove preheating... Really makes you question and wonder about how reliable the gas appliances are in these units. Hope me and the missus aren't next- the only kind of toast I like is for breakfast.
