“Bought 3/4” & 1/4” bamboo plywood here for a van conversion project. Best prices; I’ve not had any issues with service, but would suggest you double check to make sure your plywood isn’t warped.”

“This place has it All. We went to a few other suppliers and they didn't have what we needed. Because of the covid virus. So we eventually ended up here at Westside. They had everything we needed.”

“My first time here. The gentleman at the front who took my order was very polite, friendly and helpful. The gentleman driving the forklift who brought my order to my car was also very polite, friendly and helpful. Truly refreshing. I'll definitely come here next time I need building supplies. I should have gotten their names so they could get proper credit!”

“We were confused at first as to which Thompson we needed to go to first and why there were two. The other location (just a couple blocks away) is the "Design" part, or the showroom really. This location here is where you actually purchase and pick up the supplies. We were able to find everything we needed for our projects at Thompson. We made several trips; scoops of base and sand, sacks of material, and pallets of pavers. Fairly quick to get everything too, not a long wait ever, if any.The staff at this materials location is definitely not as friendly or helpful as the Design location, but then they aren't trying to get your business, at this point they already have it. The people at the counter are still nice enough and fairly helpful, depending on who you talk to. The workers in the back getting the scoops and pallets are quick and get the job done fast, they are the backbone!Pricing is great! And took hardly any time to get what we needed. Keep in mind you have to actually look at the designs and decide what you want at the Design location then order and pay for your items at this location, so that's where it got slightly confusing. And maybe because on our first trip there, the computers were down, so things were a bit amiss. However, if just getting scoops or non-design items then you can go directly to this location to get that type of material. See? It's a bit confusing, but you'll catch on. If we can, anyone can!See you next time!”

“Tonight, I got home to find my downstairs bathroom flooded (we're thinking it may be related to the rain. Well, my local Home Depot shows they have 5 dehumidifiers in stock and when I go in, they tell me they know it says it online, but they don't have them. I called this location, as the next closest HD, wait to speak to a person and then get transferred to plumbing. They show they have 1 in stock, try to check the shelves, but cannot locate it. After several attempts to find a dehumidifier elsewhere, we give up for the night and start setting up fans (not very helpful - especially when you can't open the windows in the rain), and eventually I see I have a missed call and voicemail. Ken, from plumbing dept, called me back after locating the last dehumidifier in the store that was placed in a different spot than normal. Sounds silly to be so excited and grateful for a dehumidifier, but that VM was the relieving thing to hear. I called back and caught Ken right before he left for lunch and he was so kind to go pull the unit for me and have it taken to customer service before his break! I truly appreciate his customer service! He went above and beyond, not knowing the situation and just being a helpful person. I never would have expected a call back for a stock check, but tonight Ken was more helpful than he will ever know! I hope he gets recognized properly for his help. I could not leave a review on the HD site directly.”

“I've had an extraordinarily positive experience with the three House of Rohl Graceline kitchen faucets I bought last year. The fabrication quality is excellent, and the design is beautiful -- even my contractor was favorably impressed. When one of them developed an odd finish color at its bottom flange, I contacted the company's Customer Service about the issue, and asked if it were possible to replace that part. After checking with his supervisor, the extremely helpful, knowledgeable agent explained that the discolored part likely had not been adequately polished at the factory to match the faucet's other components, but cannot be separated from the faucet body. To my surprise, after requesting proof of purchase, the agent promptly replaced the faucet under warranty, at no charge. I value end-customer loyalty tremendously, which sadly has now become the exception, and although costly, the products' quality is outstanding. I highly recommend my beautiful and functional House of Rohl kitchen faucets.”

“I had an issue. It was my issue not Home Depot's issue. But they took care of it. They treated me an important customer. Denise from ProServices and returns was amazing. I love it when a big company acts like a local business and takes care of their customer 10 stars if I could”

“The dude working the Xmas Tree Lot with the epic handlebar mustache was such a peach!! Let me have the Christmas Tree lower branch trimmings they'd neatly collected in a basket. I upcycled all that lovely greenery, giving it new life in the form of a wreath! Many tree lots (and basically every company in general these days!) want to nickel and dime every person for every last cent and will charge for these cuttings; others will waste this small but precious resource just tossing these beauties in the garbage. Not everyone has the time or skill to custom make a wreath and would prefer to buy a wreath ready made for them. Home Depot and I happily fit into the middle of this: no wasted tree trimmings, no ridiculous up charging, no need to buy some mass produced wreath, just a lovely day spent outside making something cool out of something saved from the landfill which I hadn't needed to pay for and feeling grateful! Thank you handle bar mustache guy at Home Depot!”
