Manny was awesome. He kept me informed on the progress of the repair of my vehicle and always went the extra mile to make sure I knew what was going on and to accommodate my schedule. Caliber Collision did a great job, thanks to Manny and the front office girl was very efficient too.

I was referred to Caliber Collision in Tustin by my insurance after an accident, but my experience there was extremely disappointing.
I scheduled an appointment over the phone to have my car evaluated. When I arrived, I informed the front desk representative, Desteny Mejia, that I had an appointment. She responded with a rude attitude and told me to wait because she was busy. After some time, she claimed I didn’t have an appointment. I explained that I had scheduled one and asked to speak with the service advisor I had spoken to earlier. When he arrived, he confirmed that I did have an appointment, and they took my car in.
While I was waiting, the location manager, Matthew Stuhler, approached me and said that his front desk employee felt uncomfortable dealing with me, and therefore they would not be servicing my car. At that point, I told him I no longer wanted them to work on my car anyway and just wanted it returned so I could leave. He then told me I couldn’t wait inside and had to wait outside near the garage.
I’m writing this review to warn others not to waste their time. The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful, and based on how I was treated, I wouldn’t trust them to work on my car.
Thankfully, I later went to the Caliber Collision location in Santa Ana, where the staff were professional, respectful, and did a fantastic job repairing my vehicle. I highly recommend that location instead.
