I went in with my daughter to pick up a few necklaces just before the store closed. I had a great conversation with a young man that worked at Claire’s and his female colleague. Talking about life and how I used to grow up there. They both gave excellent customer service and would highly recommend the two of them to help anyone in their store. I unfortunately didn’t catch any of their names but they definitely set the right expectation. This is how customer service should be. They made our vacation that much better. All the best to you both! Cheers from Washington state!

Had my ears pierced, well repierced, by Al. Super professional and patient. Answered all of our questions, knew his craft and was gentle. Friendly and helpful staff.

Terrible service for ear piercing at this location. Run by a bunch of kids and have barely any training. My poor three month baby suffered since the employee used a faulty ear ring and left it hanging at the wrong spot on her right earlobe. She then plucked it out and replaced with another earring. The new earring came off exactly a week after the first month and their free coverage had ended. The new manager (another kid) declined to fit a new earring despite pleading to him.
Do yourself a favor and get your baby’s ears pierced by a trained professional / RN at Target (Rowan at TGT) on the weekends and avoid Claire’s at any cost .

Al the store manager was so nice and helpful with my brothers piercing! he was so funny & attentive and made sure to be thorough with after care instructions and let us know about discounts in the store. Idk what he's doing at claire's he should be famous lowkey, claires ur mad lucky to have this dude

Al pierced my 6 year old daughter's ears today. He was very kind and he took his time to make sure both he and I were happy with the placement for each earring. 100% recommend Al for ear piercings! Thanks Al!

I had been wanting to get a 2nd hole piercing for quite some time but wasn't sure where to go. I remembered Claire's does piercings and I decided to check it out. They were able to get me scheduled within a few minutes and the entire process was pretty seamless. My piercer, Shai, was super nice and very helpful.

i came here for an ear piercing yesterday and it's was really quick easy and painless !! the person who helped ( i don't remember their name and i'm sorry i'm really bad with names ) was super sweet and helpful. she told me everything about the piercing and how to take care of it and everything. really good price also amazing !!!
