I am writing this review exclusively about the guy at the checkout who had no idea what he was doing. He totally wasted my time. It was as if he was placed in the role of checkout guy without having had any training whatsoever. He was completely flustered and incapable of checking out my minimal amount of product: Just one sympathy card. Honestly, where do they get these people from?Oh, important fact: I'm the checkout guy. Apparently, I've been promoted from customer to (unpaid) employee and it's now my responsibility to work your self-checkout computer. I quit.

I get all my prescriptions filled at this CVS. It drives me nuts when a particular female counter employee at the pharmacy pick-up counter starts yelling at me or any other customer once it is their turn to step forward from a distance away. She seems unable to allow the customer to approach the counter without demanding their identification information for all to hear. It is not primarily a question of privacy for me but of civility. Once at the counter, she is very impatient throughout the transaction, intolerant of the customer reading the things on the display screen the customer needs to agree to. All other counter employees at this location are civil.

Melody was a great help this afternoon. Quick and easy visit at this CVS that sits in a bit of a dead zone from 17th street in between Yorba and Prospect. I like that CVS unlike it's competitors, still sells liquor. Dimly lit signage at night makes it hard to grab your attention from the street. We usually find ourselves here for quick drug store runs, or Modelo pairings with our favorite Taqueria, Taco Chico which is also in the same shopping center. Todays visit was the latter. The Raiders were on at 1:30p and I had just finished ordering up $40 of the finest Birria only a short stroll away. 12 pack and Trident in hand, Melody had me checked out in a breeze. Thanks CVS Tustin 17th team and Melody for a quick cerveza run.

Came in for my Covid booster. Pharmacist was really helpful and I got in and out quickly. I also needed help at the checkout and a man helped me there.

Store manager William is rude as hell, he doesn't make an effort to help any customers and makes rude remarks to customers! Make a trip to another cvs location.

My recent experience here was great. Came in at 6:00 pm for a covid booster. They treated me well, I got in within 5 minutes plus, the store was clean. I had a good experience there will be back.

Pharmacists are really nice & it's the best pharmacy by my house. Even when script isn't ready I can be in and out in 15 minutes.

WHAT DEPLORABLE SERVICE AND CONTINUITY OF CARE!!!!!! My son lives out of state and was in urgent need of prescribed medication. To ensure this timeline request was acceptable, my wife spoke with the pharmacy tech. She paid for the Rx, paid the additional delivery charge (for same-day delivery), and confirmed that the delivery was scheduled. This was done prior to 1:00 p.m. By 5:50 p.m., the delivery had not been made. I called the pharmacy and sat on hold. But to not lose my place in the line of the calls being answered, my wife called the general store (not the pharmacy) and was told the Pharmacy Department was closed. Now, he is still without his medication. Payment has been made. There was no call from CVS indicating a delay in the delivery nor status update. The continuity of care was dropped by CVS and its pharmacy team. Maybe if the service requested was along the lines of aspirin, Band-Aids, and a 2-liter bottle of Pepsi, I would be less disturbed by the series of events. We are talking about prescribed medicine for an acute health issue.

Pharmacy service is terrible. Prices are outrageous too. They don't call your when rx is ready. Put your meds back within 3 or 4 days if don't pickup.

This is a great store, because the manager is very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He was able to help me when the other two CVS stores in Orange failed miserably! . He knows how to treat and satisfy his customers. He also trained his employees well. Because they appeared to be educated and professional and friendly too. I will definitely come back and recommend everyone to shop in this store. They are superb in customer service and very courteous and professional!!!

Went on a hunt for TP / flushable wipes for me and my daughter. First stop this CVS. Put on our masks - went in and my 9 yr old had to use the bathroom. Asked a clerk stocking items if my daughter could use the bathroom. she refused to let her go. I begged her - she shrugged us off - I spend at least 100$ at CVS monthly. Its unacceptable to make a child hold it. Speed off to Sprouts and my daughter was treated proper.

Have never been in this CVS when my order has been correct and ready and waiting. Even if you call ahead and ask if the order is ready, don't believe them when they tell you yes.

Love it! Always helpful, kind, patient, and professional. They are always available for questions and I love that they text when my meds need refilling or when they are available for pick-up

They often don't have the medications you need, the wait times are long, and be aware if you need narcotic pain relievers, try somewhere else; they seem to have a corporate policy against anything but Tylenol with Codeine.
