Absolutely horrible. If you move money around dont use Comerica. The worst technology. Log ins dont work. You cant view checks. IT doesnt know how to fix any online issues. Just setting up bill pay is a nightmare and I'm very good at banking being a 20 year mortgage vet myself. I cant warn clients enough STAY AWAY from Comerica.

Always have great experiences with Comerica Bank. Alot of these people leaving bad reviews seem like they have small accounts or particular issues. But if you have a business, or you need robust support, they are they partners to have in the business of banking.

Dennis Ng and his amazing team including Laila and Mehrad, (and the other sweet lady, I forgot her name), work so hard to make sure they leave every customer feeling like family...they find the best rates; and as a notary public I am amazed at the high level of satisfaction that each and every client feels, always relaxed and thoroughly informed of any other options, as well. (I have even notarized documents for previous employees, even though they are at other banks, they come back for the best rates and customer service!)

Customer service is horrible. They refused to deposit a company check with the payee name that was written on the second line of Payable to area until they confirm with my company relationship manager. Once the relationship manager gave his approval for them to deposit the check, the rep name Leila called me and told me to bring back the check to deposit.
I came back the next day, and Leila was not there and she did not mention to her co-worker about my situation and they refused to deposit my check AGAIN. They told me Leila is at the doctor office; I asked them to call her to confirm that I was there the day before and it is OK to deposit the check. They refused to do so and asked me to bring the check the next day. The male teller was not helpful and the Asian looking manager was obnoxious.
I have never experience anything like this at any banks. If I can give a zero rating I would. Will never return to this branch again and may advise my boss to move the company cash elsewhere.

Customer service line is outsourced so wait time is half an hour to an hour. Super slow service at the location in Tustin. Closed my account that has $1,200 in it because I didn’t withdraw within a year and they were prepared to have my money escheat to the State without notice to me. They have my number on file. Why can’t they call? Geez.

At any given time, any given day this great Tustin location continuously serves me with their highly knowledgeable staff. Their interest in what I bring to them & their undivided attention (as if I were a top depositor) excels! In hind-sight, it was meant to be that I walked in ComericA. Heidi greeted me with her winning smile, after spending time with her it was clear that I should have all accts here. As I left I immediately knew I was closing my 3 other bank accts elsewhere. At a later time I got to know Miss Leila undeniably an asset to her credit, and Sami upon me entering, she knows me by name, makes anyone feel welcome.They all take care of us seamlessly, and now all have embraced Bryan, he's commendable in his own rite. What a team! I feel a sense of Family & my Monies Security every time I walk into ComericA Tustin! Collectively you have brought the term 'Customer Service' back! Keep doing well, what you're doing VERY well!
