Racist employees.Asked for a certain color if they had any more in the back and was told flat out no meanwhile that same employee just checked the back for another customer on a certain color. Employees have no knowledge of the products. Lazy and do not care.Do better cosmo prof.

This store is immaculate! The shelves are always carefully and neatly stocked. The staff and management are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to visit and fun to follow on Instagram(@cosmoprofrustin).❤️ Highly recommend.

I am so upset with this store. They send me all the way to Mission Viejo store because they told me that they have what I’m looking for I drive one hour in the traffic and they didn’t have it. I don’t understand why people don’t pay more attention to what they are doing And don’t care for peoples time. Unbelievable, very upset. I would never go back to this store.

Racist. Seen it and experienced it sadly. The lady with black hair and the attitude all the time, I’ve been there many times and rarely ever been satisfied, other locations no problem, super nice, informative, helping but ugh there disrespectful, cunning I and many people that I know that went to this location tried refunding a defective products such as what I tried to refund which a hair straightener and they tried to charge me for returning it but when I went to a different location they gave me the right amount BACK!!! If You want truthful, honest, and good service I wouldn’t EVER go there trust me……. The woman with the balding blacK hair…. Don’t trust her luvCOSMO not hate but u need better employees/ black hair, depressed, mean, lazy, vary vary mean, doesn’t care and charges for questions such as extra helping for find things lmfao do you even know who ur hiring or is this the new place

Terrible customer service, spoke with two different employees and they were bother very unprofessional very stand offish. I asked the employee behind the counter if I may take a look around, and her exact response was.. "I mean, I guess". Maybe they were having a bad day don't know. Not coming back.

This place is a dump. The staff have no knowledge of products or uses. The shelves were mostly empty and the employee just put other products to make the shelves look full. I will never go there again. No much of a selection or service

It's a shame that I have to give even one star because never in my life have I ever experienced such rude, disrespectful customer service. I didn't get the name of the girl who waited on me, but this happened on Monday, January 3, around 3 p.m. From the moment I walked up to the counter, I got serious attitude from this girl. She never once cracked a smile, and she acted as if it was a huge chore for her to wait on me. To top things off, she shorted me $20 in change, and when I set the money on the counter for her to see her mistake, she snatched up the money and acted as if I was lying. After finally giving me my $20, she did not even offer an apology. I've already reported her to corporate. I truly hope she gets reprimanded for her unacceptable behavior. I will never shop at this location again.
