One of the first person to drop off the car for tire rotation in the morning (I didn’t have an appointment). By, 3PM I haven’t heard from them so decided to call and was hung up on 3 times. Came in and saw the car wasn’t even worked on. Asked the guy when it was going to be worked on, he came back with an attitude and said it’ll be next but could take up to 2 hours. I’ve always had great service with Costco but this was quite a shock coming from such a reputable company.

I recently visited the Costco Tire Service Center for a tire rotation and balance, and I was very impressed with both the service quality and efficiency. The staff greeted me promptly, confirmed my appointment, and clearly explained the process, including the estimated time for completion. Everything was handled in a professional, no-pressure manner, and they even checked my tire pressure and tread depth without being asked.
What stood out most was their attention to detail. They inspected my tires for any nails or damage, adjusted air pressure to the correct PSI, and made sure the wheel nuts were torqued to the manufacturer’s specification. The waiting area was clean, with comfortable seating and free Wi-Fi, making the short wait pleasant.
Pricing here is extremely competitive, especially considering the perks that come with Costco tire purchases, like free rotations, balances, and flat repairs for the life of the tire. Even if you didn’t purchase your tires at Costco, the rates are fair, and the service quality remains top-notch.
They also gave me a detailed service report, which is useful for keeping track of maintenance history. Overall, the Costco Tire Service Center delivers excellent value, dependable work, and courteous customer service. I will definitely return for future tire needs and recommend them to others seeking a reliable, trustworthy tire shop.

2 hours for a tire rotation and balance on a Tuesday afternoon with an appointment. The technician told me I had 50% tread left on my tires, even though it’s level with the indicator bar on some parts. Definitely questioning getting my next set here.

The tire department does not answer any calls. Even for a very simple repair, he gives an appointment 3 days later. They have a very ugly working system. It's not nice at all. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Horrendous management. Horrendous employees. Rude, uncaring, undisciplined. They won't answer the phone 90% of the time and the other 10% they'll put you on hold and never get back to you. A stain on Costco's trustworthiness that I never expected.

Don’t come here if you have a Tesla, we got our tires replaced and after 9,000 miles we noticed our back tires were completely stripped. We brought it back into Costco and of course they are not taking any responsibility or offering a solution. They said it’s because the Tesla has too much torque and they didn’t have the right tire for the Tesla so not sure why they would’ve even put a tire that couldn’t carry the weight or torque of the car. We also missed rotating our tires at 5,000 so they hung their hat on that. But let’s be honest with how stripped the tires are, that wouldn’t have gotten us even close 70,000 miles a tire should have.
