There are better warehouses than this one. Pharmacy experience has been terrible.
Parking is not good.
Return service is very slow.

Typical Costco center. Service personnel are helpful but this doesn't match up to the one in Irvine when it comes to products. I have always noticed this falling short of some of the popular items such as milk, fruits and vegetables both in terms of variety and stock than its counterpart in Irvine. Gas price is definitely lowest in the surrounding area and has lots of filling stations but is always busy. Getting into it and coming out of it is a pain. Parking is also problematic even with spots farther away from the store getting filled up during weekends. It's the horrible attitude of folks who visit this store that makes getting in or backing out of a parking spot a pain. Watch for bad drivers, there are lots of them who visit this Costco.

I've gotten my food court hotdogs come out soggy and fall apart often and consistently during each visit. Compare this with the other 2 other costco's that are nearby. This is an exclusive problem to this one alone.

The worst Costco I have ever been to with the worst customer service. There's too many employees there who think they're Deputy No Badge. 1st they called the cops On me to say I was putting items in the cart too fast. However, it was around closing time so I was trying to rush to beat the clock. And then our cops come, search me, search my vehicle yelling. And screaming, like they're the crazy ones Where nothing was found illegal or for me to have done anything, illegal period and then more recently They took a gift Certificate. I had earned with 2% cash back for my total spending with my Costco card, which was a $75 gift Certificate to Costco, and they took it because they said they had no name on it. However, that's how it came with. No name on it, then. You got some like 50 something or almost 60, something you're old. Guy named Steve, who's about 4 foot tall with the worst little man's syndrome, small man complex. I've ever seen thinking he's a tough guy taking it. And then not giving it back, ring me to hit him or something so that he could call the cops and have me arrested or something most unprofessional place I've ever dealt with. I would give them a lower score if I could. Here is the gift Certificate they took from me for no apparent reason

Every Costco ever. Plus side the food court is small, but has a self serve kiosk. People wait 87 mins in line to pay cash. You have a credit card process the payment in seconds walk up to the pickup counter get your food.

Always convenient. Prices, service and selfservice are good. In another places like Target selfservice is significantly restrictive. Amazon fresh plays games w the offered discounts.

There's an employee there at the gas station who provides bad customer service. This lady was rude to me and laughing about me. I told him what she was doing, and he believed her and ignored me. I thought that was racist. Another time, I forgot my membership at home, and I asked the same employee for help. He said you need to go to the store to get a replacement. So rude.
