Costco never fails. I love their ethics, professionalism and welcoming atmosphere. Great product, store cleanliness and customer service. Some customers are pushy, show poor courtesy to others. Walk very fast and ""with a cart", cutting people at a very close range while the store is Super full. My advice to you is, if you are on a hurry or don't want to be run over by people with no manners don't go to Costco on a weekend.

Worst costco I've been to. There is a guy who yelled at me for cutting a line that I didn't even see. I had one item and took me literally one 20 seconds to scan and leave. It's so busy you can't even enjoy shopping here not alone park anywhere. The parking lot is almost always 99 percent of the time full and finding parking is such a pain. Do not let me start with gas, I don't care how much this costs but cars are lined for a block to get to the pump. Not sure how much they're trying to save but I'd rather pay 3-4$ extra and save myself 20 mins of wait in this mess. Costco is a cult, not sure what people like about this whole establishment. It just makes me stressed every time I come here that I want to cancel the membership all together...

This is a very busy location. With that said it is always clean and organized and workers are doing a great job keeping the lines moving. I am always able to find anything I need quickly and get out quickly.
I come in for my lunch break to grab something quick and always enjoy my time. Even when the store is packed.

Going to Costco late on a Friday afternoon is not as bad as going on the weekend, but it is still quite busy. As the Costco in The District in Tustin is quite a large Costco store, they have a very large selection of stuff to choose from. Navigating around other customers was a little bit of a challenge. We did find almost everything that we went to the store for. We picked up a large number of items in the 10 to 20 dollar range, including some booze. The resulting total bill was something of an eye-opening ouch, but it was all stuff that we wanted, if not absolutely needed, so it is what it is. Considering the nearly full parking lot and the number of people in the store, the checkout was actually pretty quick. The only real downside was that the fast food line was way too long to wait for the meal that we were hungry for.

ALWAYS BUSY ! We usually hit this warehouse retailer about once a month. Not my fav place..too busy and people stop in the middle of nowhere like lost sheep. My wife and I arrived around 2pm after lunch at a little bakery in Mission Viejo. We headed in with our shopping cart weaving around the go-slowers all the way down the back of the store. We grabbed a 30 pack of Charmin Ultra Soft, a 12 pack of paper towels, bulk butter, bulk bacon and bulk chocolate chips. There were more than a few things on my wife's shopping list they did not have...nothing new. IT IS WHAT IT IS !
